Stop Abuse in Families (SAIF) Society

It’s obvious this is a man hating organization, I was lied to manipulated and threatened into giving informed consent. Answers to easy questions were extremely evasive and non-informative. Do not trust that these people are acting in your children’s best interest. They do not screen members or support fathers. If you are separated or divorced do not let your child attend this Agency

SAIF provides excellent and much needed services!

This organization denied my son treatment and access to trauma therapy and counselling because they wanted consent from his abuser. Forced me to go to court to get a counselling clause in my parenting order, all to tell me that it actually wasn't enough and they need verbal consent from his abuser. They don't care and would rather deny you access than help.

SAiF provides a valuable service to individuals and families in St. Albert and area.

SAiF is a great organization that provides services to people who have experienced family violence.

i have referred many people to SAiF over the past 2 years. covid has been difficult & i know many families have been going through some tough times. every person i've referred has been very appreciative of the help they've received (men and women alike) and they even help kids.i'm not sure why someone said they are a 'man hating organization'. the 2 men i've referred to there have said SAiF really helped them and were a great support. they were worried that they wouldn't be taken seriously but said that the staff were super kind and they didn't feel judged at all.i will keep referring families that i know to SAiF. i'm so glad we have them in our community. keep up the good work!
