Worst customer and rude customer service. Went in to buy some organizers for the kitchen. I showed her a pic of our disorganized fridge and not only was she not helpful but she laughed. Told her that I’ll be okay and take from here but she kept on questioning “are you sure?”and went on to look at me up and down like she was sizing me up. At the checkout while waiting in line and clearly next in line; another sales lady rudely passed another customer infront of me and not so much as said a word like l was invisible. Wow. Not coming back- order online and save the hassle.

Not worth the hassle and stress dealing with this company.• Spent almost $900 on a new closet system with installation 02.22 and told would be contacted shortly for install date• 2 weeks pass no call, go back into the store and speak with manager, only to find out the head office never processed my order• Get an installation date of 03.20 only to have it cancelled day before because of COVID (not their fault, I get it)• Stores re-open I send an email asking about my purchase they respond stating so.eone will get back to me. A week later still no call received, emaip them again, told Will receive call and finally do 05.28• Speak to Ops Manager admits that just received message customer service didn't pass it on (recurring theme of complete lack of of communication). Told will get order together and call back by 4PM on 05.29 with install date. Deadline comes and goes, no call• Send follow-up email listing options and expectation of call within 48 hours, receive call back immediately and Manager proceeds to lecture me on how my emails aren't helpful.• Confront him about broken promises, admits to not following through, how he's trying to get things done but needs more time but vague on exact date. I let him know I would have been patient had he and his company actually followed through on something.• Asked to speak to next person up, he refused, said he's as high up as customers get but sounded more like he was trying to save his own butt. Told him considering the run around I've been getting and it having been over 3 months since I paid for this that the installation fee should be waived, he refused. I ended by telling him to cancel my order a d issue a 100% refund in not so polite termsAvoid this place like the plague!!!! With a little time and patience you can find the same items cheaper online and depending on what you're doing, install it yourself or get a contractor. From a customer service and logistical acumen standpoint, save yourself the headache, time and stress of dealing with this poorly managed company

Very overpriced , go next door to the dollar store to get the same stuff.

A great store for your organization needs.

You want to compartments your place. This is the place to be. There is a lot of ideas, suggestions.

Has a lot of useful items. You can tell some of the quality isn't great and a bit overpriced. But I still got things anyways because they are not sold anywhere else.

The store has a lot of useful items to organize your kitchen, walking closet or basement. We found many interesting things and got some good ideas to think about. We came to buy very specific item which we didn't get but we took some useful charts with us to make up our decision.

Solutions has some great stuff... but holy expensive. The store was clean and the staff friendly. I use their closet systems. If I could find a cheaper version of the same quality I would definitely switch.

First time in that store. Very clean. Excellent service. Price a little high

Had a great experience shopping at Solutions for their excellent Rigel custom closet system. They designed to my space using every inch, made all the cuts and had all the parts to make my closet ready for pick up in just a few days. Highly recommended.
