best hair cut ive ever had but the way they talk to you and treat you is a bit intimidating and slightly off almost rude but like not 100% its off putting but im happy with how i look after so id recommend if you have thick skin

Very rude customer service.I couldn’t figure out something online so I called them to ask and see how it can be done or not- and while I am still not finished with my questions he just hangs up on me… like what the heck? I know you are busy or having a bad day or something but come on let customers finish their questions.. I called back tho and I said why he hang up because I wasn’t done talking and he “oh sorry”.. whatever.

I loved it, they had amazing patients with me and were able to do a outstanding cut and style to my liking eith out having to give alot of detail on what I even wanted. Thanks alot bois.

I don’t know why they would hire someone to do hair who is clearly new and let them work on whoever. Asked for half an inch cut off the guy cut off over an inch, completely messed my hair up besides that.

They are all friendly and the regular barbers do great kids cuts. You need to know who to go see because it can be a hit or miss. We have had the worst cut for my 7 year old when we had no idea who to see. But now that we know the regular guys we wait or ask for them. Since then we have had such a positive experience and best cuts from the regular guys where he walks out smiling from ear to ear. They even cut my 13 month old and he had a positive experience.

My barber and his colleague were constantly bickering about some issue and the barber was in a very bad mood when he did my hair and beard. Hair was alright, he really destroyed the beard. Its gona be a while to grow it back up.

My experience was hit and miss.Been there twice.First visit was a great cut, on time, friendly, professional and clean.Second time, poor cut. Barber was very young, seemed to lack confidence.One barber spent 2 minutes blowing hair away from his chair with a hair dryer. Should’ve spent that time giving the shop a quick sweep, it needed it.

This morning I arrived without an appointment with a dear friend who is out from hospice for the weekend. I went into the shop explained that my friend isn't doing well, that he is a senior and could they get him in and they agreed even though the place was very busy. I got my friend, went into the shop and they seated him immediately. They gave him a short cut as requested and I asked about giving him a shave.When asked about length etc I explained it would be his last hair cut/shave so if they could clean him up nicely and do what they thought was best. Paul made him look nice and even trimmed his eyebrows. I asked about payment and Paul said there would be no charge. I asked again and he refused to be paid for the service. My review is based on them taking him in so quickly, the nice job he did on his hair and facial hair and to acknowledge Paul's compassion towards my friend. Thank you for this morning. It means a lot

Guys really professional and helpful in case you cannot decide what haircut you want

I have been coming to Ramis for an about 6 months now and refuse to go anywhere else. All the barbers are super nice and have great music tastes and interests. I have only had one guy cut my hair which is Marcus and I refuse to see anyone else. He provides a great conversation and outstanding results. There has never been a single time that I didn’t like my cut or dreaded going into the shop, going in and seeing Marcus is the perfect way to end my week.
