Always charge fair price and adjust even in busy schedule..they did change tailight too without charge when I went only for oil change

We had a huge emergency with our car breaking down recently. Dave and his team was quick to assess and pin point the problem.They made every effort to get the scarce parts needed and accommodated us when there were delays (beyond their control.) They kept us in the loop during the process and kept their word on pricing.D.W. is a very honest and very ethical organization. Highly recommended!

Small shop , but I was extremely satisfied with the work. Fixed my electrical issue and replaced my sensor. Great mechanic, very friendly receptionist and very professional all around. Very reasonably priced, which is rare today. A+

D.W Auto is an amazing place to get your car repaired. The service is great and the family run business really makes you feel right at home. They take great care of your vehicle and take the time to figure out the problems - to find the proper solutions. Mycar l has been there a handful of times and I’ve had various repairs done at this shop & my car has never sounded better. David was very informative when it came to my questions in regards to my vehicle and gave me honest answers. This is a place that is operated by people with large amounts of integrity and honesty who work hard to get the job done right. Best mechanic in Brantford!
