This is one of the best optical stores in Richmond. We are so glad that we chose I-Concept Optical. The store was pleasantly clean and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this store. Prices are good, and the customer service was great. The specific model of the sunglasses I wanted was not in stock, and they ordered it for me, which arrived in 3 days.

Love this local shop. Wilson is very attentive serving my family's needs. We are able to get blue light filter glasses within 24 hours - very impressive in terms of efficiency. We love our new glasses and able to work from home during this time better. Thanks again!

I went to the shop with my girlfriend to fix her glass frame, small fix. The owner fixed really with very good service also he ultrasound washed and polished her glass frame after, it was great , we will come back again .

I've come here for two eye exams and bought some glasses and contacts. The staff are so friendly and generous with their time and knowledge. I'd definitely recommend coming here for your next eye exam and/or if you need to buy some new eyewear!

Went here to get my glasses repaired. They quickly fixed the glasses for free, and would not take my money! These folks are awesome!

Great selection of quality frames, perfect customer service, good prices. Optometrist is exceptionally good in taking time and explaining your prescription. I had to redo the lenses because they felt a bit uncomfortable and the team here worked with me patiently. There's absolutely no reason to pay at least twice at a mall brand store which is nothing but a marketing ploy. Visit this local shop and you'll be amazed with the service and quality.

Very happy with the eye exam and the pair of glasses I got from here. Definitely a convenient one-stop shop. Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. They were not pushy nor did they try to oversell me; they always kept my needs in mind and made it their top priority. Will definitely come back and recommend to others!

Superb service. Tons of selection at prices for all needs. Staff seem very knowledgeable and are willing to recommend something that best fits your needs as opposed to pushing for the higher sale.Will definitely be back for my second pair of glasses in the near future.Late review but better late than never!
