From day one until the final day, they were extremely professional and amazing. From quote to review to contract handling to the actual work, it was a really clear and transparent process.They provided us with all the resources to make the right decisions and create a driveway and patio that best suited our needs. Their work was quick and efficient and left the surrounding area undamaged and clean once done.Any and all work I have that falls in this realm, I will be seeking these guys to do it! Have referred a handful of coworkers and neighbours as their work is impeccable.

I can’t say enough about how terrific this business was for our backyard renovations. They were extremely professional and thorough. They were so easy to work with and created the best stone patio and fireplace for our backyard. There were also a number of smaller jobs that they completed beautifully as well. It was a pleasure to have them work on our project and I would certainly hire them again!

Adam and his crew were so great to deal with! They showed up around 8 am each day and worked till 4 or 5 pm depending on what phase of the project they wanted to get done. We had a large stone walkway and fire pit installed. They installed a retaining wall and regraded the area so everything would drain away from our house and the neighbor's house. They also dug out 2 underground rain drainage lines that expell the rain water far from the house. This job took almost 2 weeks.A big shout out to Jordan, a second year worker on his crew! He is a super hard worker and showed great attention to detail on every part of the job that he worked on. Adam was easy to talk to. He heard all our plans and had ideas on how to improve them. When we had to change part of the original plan, Adam and his work crew took on every challenge with a positive and easy going attitude. I will hire them next year to work on part 2 of our backyard project!

We used the Pavingstone Pros for our backyard which had been decimated by our dogs. They cleaned everything up - put in the patio - as well as the sod and retaining wall.They were friendly and professional throughout. Their quote was very reasonable in comparison to others we had received and they weren't trying to up sale" you. We asked them about ideas for our BBQ and instead of telling us we needed another patio

We had a slight problem with a sidewalk that the Pros did for us two years ago (I suspect the problem was due to soil shrinkage due to our hot dry summer rather than a workmanship issue) however the Pros agreed to fix the problem under their warranty coverage which I felt was very good service. I reasonably did not expect to see them until the end of construction season when they would have some spare time but I was pleasantly surprised when they showed up one Saturday morning less than two weeks after I initially contacted them.They were finished within a few hours and our sidewalk was as good as new again.An indication of a good company is not only the quality of their work during initial installation but how well they handle warranty service. The Pavingstone Pros are excellent in their warranty support.If you are looking for someone to do a pavingstone project for you I highly recommend the Pavingstone Pros.

Adam and his partners created a beautiful landscape for us this past summer. They started the project when they said they would and completed the job in just over a week. The quality of workmanship was to the highest standard at an excellent price point. They were absolutely excellent to work with. My wife and I changed our design on two separate occasions while the job was in progress and Adam created the Patio, pathways and separate hot tub pad and patio to specification without any reservation or hesitation. I cannot say enough how professional this company was and utterly beautiful our backyard is because of the Paving Stone Pros. We are located in Tuxedo beside the newly constructed home lottery house and numerous people have commented that our stone work and design is absolutely beautiful. We agree!

I got 4 quotes and chose these guys as the winners. Then they sent me the contract. That contract was the most unconscionable, one-sided contract I have ever seen. Clauses 2,3 and 4 basically put all the risk on to you, including the fact that it might cost more than they estimated.I raised this issue with them, and they were as flexible as a paving stone. Another red flag - not good with conflict resolution.They earned stars by fully refunding my deposit. Adam and his crew did a very good job with what we asked him to do but what separates an ordinary business from a really good business is how they handle any issues after the fact. We had some settling with our patio that did not give us the proper drainage and they came out and took care of the problem on very short notice. Would recommend them and will most probably use them next year to do some deck work.

I recently had the Pavingstone Pros do some work for me and was very impressed with the work. And I found their rates very reasonable. They widened my front driveway a few feet, to increase my parking space, and created a path to my front door. It looks great, and they did an excellent job of grading the stone to account for my sloped yard. I found Brian, who was the initial point of contact, and Adam very easy to speak with and they very patient with my many questions and e-mails. It wasn’t a big job but I feel they treated me with the same attention and care as a big job (something I wasn’t seeing from the other companies I had approached for estimates). I was also quite impressed with how much care they took cleaning up when they were done. I would definitely recommend them.

I found John through Paving Stone Pros who came highly recommended. This guy was a machine! He arrived promptly and early every morning for almost two weeks and worked intensely not to mention super efficiently. Having grown up on a farm, he demonstrated a strong work ethic; taking pride and gratification in his work. He was extremely detail-oriented and precise in every task that he did. My project was completed to perfection far exceeding my expectations. Almost one season later, I can confidently say that the snow melt sloped away to the street as he graded the patio beautifully. The grout between the stones was done solid.I know my house has gone up in value as a result of his handiwork. Take a look at my backyard!
