Vic’s team came to install a 220V outlet for an EV. Unfortunately I was not home to test the equipment as the day they could come was a day I was at work. Once i arrive, the car won’t charge and gave grounding error. When contacting Blue Electrical, they blame the charger. I take the charger back to dealership. They test it and no issues. I contact Blue Electrical, Vic says they will come by when they are in the area. I managed to twist the outlet so that the grounding plug goes it at an angle to make it work but it isn’t always reliable to work. Secondly it’sa fire hazard. It’s been a year and getting ignored. I have been patient and not been bothering the team over the year. Spring is here and plan to start driving EV again and even messaged asking for a response or will have to resort to public posting. I have no issue removing post if someone from that company can come fix their work.

If you are looking for the best, this place is the place to be at. Can’t recommend them enough. They took great care of me and I’ll be forever grateful to them.

I had been looking for a good company for buying home electrical appliances. Then I found this, seriously the product is so nice and the service is mind blowing. I just loved the product
