Never again using WorldRemit. They ask you a lot of identity proof but once uploading the IDs and picture, their app crashes. I did that many times and still they say it's my laptop or cellphone having an error. Unbelievable! Their customer service line takes too long to respond. Meanwhile, my money remittance gets delayed by a day and still waiting processing as of this writing.

Beware! Do not use their service !This Company is big Scam.Transaction failed, No transactions number but still the amount is debited from my account.I don’t know how to contact them.Its my hard earned money.Please return my money back.How is a customer supposed to get in touch with you when you've made it impossible to reach you!Don’t send your money from this Company.Very Bad Experience!

Do not use their service. I tried to transfer money but the transaction had an error. There is no transaction number so impossible to contact them. Scammers GIVE BACK MY MONEY

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!!!Soooo difficult to get intouch! charged me $1000 for a transaction that was not approved. Tried emailing customer service and they kept referring me to their website to read over the FAQ which are not helpful at all and you cant even create a chat portal with them unless they start it! You cant get in contact with them over the phone unless you have a transaction number which i don't but i was still charged. How is a customer supposed to get in touch with you when you've made it impossible to reach you!!!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Is there a NEGATIVE 5 STAR RATING? I have never even heard of this company until I noticed a $433.99 transaction charged to my credit card from them. I would not trust this company in the slightest especially with my money. Stay away although apparently that may not even help.

Currently having a terrible experience with my funds being returned to me. I cancelled a transaction and was told it would take 7 working days it’s almost a month. The email support is useless. Tried to call was promised a call back in 30 mins and nobody called me

Service and customer serve is disgusting....they are quick to take your money. But when you cancel and request a refund it's a nightmare to get your money back and they act like they're doing you a favor. It's been 3 weeks now and still have not received my refund/ money. I have called twice and get empty promises. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE NO MATTER HOW DESPARATE YOU ARE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!! And regret it. Do not busy them

***STAY AWAY***Being a happy Western Union Customer for last 10 years I tried their services based on advertisement. A totally HORRIBLE experience.My transaction was cancelled due to integrity concerns" after I had already received my receipt??The worst part is the timeline of REFUND as 7 days.Wasted about an hour making transaction and getting in touch with customer service.Stay away from this service if you want to save your time."

Stay away from this company. They are scammer, I'm still waiting for my refund of $ 275 for the past 8 months. No refund yet, and they will never transfer me to an agent. Scam zone, keep off!
