Came around quickly after our water leak. The team were very professional, worked fast, and very professional in explaining what they were doing and why. They cleaned up everything (drywall, tile, hardwood, carpet, insulation, baseboards etc) and did not leave so much as a dirty footprint behind after they left. They also helped explain the insurance process.

We had a leak in our kitchen. We assumed it was the dishwasher until we removed and noticed that the adjacent cabinets were damaged. We called around but didn't have any luck with other companies. I contacted Puro clean to determine if I had a mold problem in my basement. From the first call, the receptionist was very professional. She took my info and said David would get back to me. He actually called me that same night a 7 p.m. Very impressed! We arranged a time to send out his technician. Jesse arrived on time. He was quick to assess no mold issue but did discover previous owner had a cat and the odor was more than likely what I was smelling. I cannot say enough about Jesse. He went above and beyond finding the source and not just looking for mold. Would highly recommend this very professional company! Thanks for caring
