We visited Sofa Land in south Calgary on a recommendation from a friend as we were looking for a specific style and color of chair. We were well received by Parvin and purchased 2 chairs. Kevin helped us when we came back to pick them up. And, we found a powered lounge chair that Kevin found in stock with the correct color.We returned a couple of days later to pick it up, but found they had supplied the wrong chair when we opened and set it up. Sofa Land searched out the correct chair, delivered and set it up for us at no extra cost. Thank you Sofa Land and staff.

Purchased sofa and chair from N.W. Sofa Land. Great salesperson who gave us space to decide on what we wanted for furniture. That was much appreciated as she was there but wasn't suffocating. Bradley and Cody were fantastic delivery men! They were so helpful and professional. They even helped by taking old couch downstairs for us. We are seniors and we couldn't thank them enough. I would be so proud to have Cody and Bradley as employees.

Met with Suzie and she left me to explore the store for a little while on my own. She seemed to sense the exact moment I fell in love with my couch. Fabric selection, paperwork and payment was a painless effort. I'm sure I set a record for the quickest sale of the day. I would 100% recommend Suzie and Sofa Land.

I purchased Leather Recliner sofa from SofaLand and it was a pleasant experience. Got Townes sofa and I am satisfied with purchase.Pravin helped me on the purchase and he was pretty transparent.Little disappointed that there weren’t any discounts and prices are little bit on higher side.I recommend sofa land and this store for all sofa and recliner needs.

Cameron met us at the door and quickly helped us find what we were looking for. He moved pieces around so we could match colours. He had detailed knowledge of each piece. His patience, helpfulness, and honesty were greatly appreciated. We are sure we will love our 3 new pieces.

Excellent experience. Sales staff was attentive but didn't follow you around and hover. Anna explained about the store and then left us to go about our looking. She came around periodically to check up and answer any questions. Have not gotten the furniture yet but the quality seemed to be very high in the store. The manager was very helpful as well in explaining all the costs and options for payment. So far overall great experience.

What a nice place to shop so org sized and easy to follow. We have been looking for a sofa for a long time and the price was reasonable compared to the other places we we met to Our sale person Anna. Properly the cute thing thing and full of life that you want to buy from her. She did her English was not that great but she did a wonderful jobs congrats on a job well done. And even though we did not buy right away. She gave us a quote and a few days later we called to put our order in. Only a few minor things it would have been nice to use DocuSign to sign the invoice as we did not have a printer. But easy way to put together a deposit. And if they offered a more reasonable deliver price but other then that it was a great experience

Came across the South Calgary location completely by chance when looking at competitor offerings. The sofa selection was really great, the prices are completely reasonable and the delivery timeframes were unheard of(less than a week?!), compared with other places we shopped!! Anna, in particular, went out of her way to answer questions we hadn’t even gotten to asking yet. She hit the perfect balance of attentive and no-pressure. A surprisingly great experience!
