Good service by Govindexplain everything properly and got good price mattress

Very bad experience I spent around $3000 for matres . We return mattres 2 times due to open packaging and very dirty and third time same problem not sealed it looks they deliverd Returned mattres .it was open long side and just put packing tape . It should be sealed and proper packaging. This process takes more than 2 to 3 month .I was planning to buy 4 mattres for hole family and thank God I just buy one.Now it feels me I buy used mattres full price.we can't use this and we have to buy another very disappointing at this moment.

Me and my wife are quite young in Canada and we both never had such an experience with shopping for anything. A big thanks to Mr Jignesh Patel this was a great experience for shopping a mattress( we all think it’s just a mattress it doesn’t matter). I remember after booking the mattress me and my wife we both were praising Mr Jignesh Patel while driving back home. Now we both love the tempur pedic mattress, it’s an amazing mattress. This is for branch at 50 Coventry road, Brampton. If I could, I would give 100 stars.

SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!!Within a few months, my mattress was deformed and sleep country said they can only exchange. I paid more to get a better mattress and the same thing happened. They said it was defective from the manufacturer.You're telling me both mattresses were defective???They won't refund my money and now I'm stuck with a damaged mattress that is sunken.On top of it all the customer service received was beyond disappointing. They take your money and you’re on your own after that.You're better off sleeping on your carpet than their mattress.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I am very disappointed with my first purchase in sleep country, the sales person is very knowledgeable and experienced and I really appreciate that. In the other hand the delivery was scheduled for 1 week after, it's been 3 weeks I did not receive my mattress or pillows I did not get an email nor a call explain why the delay and they won't answer the phone calls.I endup calling another branch where they try to contact them and no answer as well. I feel it's very disrespectful not to contact back to at least let me know what's going on.UPDATE: I never receive my order. I talk to the sales person on Sunday he said he will CALL ME ON MONDAY, he NEVER DID. I'm waiting to get a call from them and get my money back.

The sales people here don't explain about mattresses well, it felt like at times they were making stuff up. They also don't budge on price at all, I was prepared to spend money there but the sales rep wouldn't make the effort to meet us in the middle

This was our 3rd mattress purchase from them. They heard what we needed and we found a mattress we dreamed of. No pressure sales. Amrit was our salesperson.

Sidney, the sales representative was very consumer focused. He started of asking the way I sleep and he recommended the perfect mattress as per my way and I liked it. I haven't experienced such a comfort with any rep before. So I would highly recommended anyone to purchase the mattress at this location.

Jignesh Patel was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us choose the right pillows for our needs.He took the time to ask us questions to help customize our experience and answered our questions.
