We had a terrible outdated old tankless water heater that completely shut down on us on a cold night. Pete was absolutely wonderful to work on an emergency call. He followed up & was very prompt with replacing to a new unit in a day! Wade and Steve did a great job installing the new unit.

We contacted Flow Right Mechanical as we had an upstairs nuisance toilet that was rattling the pipes in our house when flushed, scaring our kids and it could even be heard in the living room and kitchen on the main floor. The business was recommended by a friend and upon calling we were able to arrange a convenient appointment in the same week. Terry stoped by on time and took care of the noise in the bathroom as well as replaced a blown pressurizing tank. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, trustworthy and explained everything well and answered all our questions. Folks, if you need anything done with gas lines, give Pete a call.I just recently dropped a tough project on him, custom making obsolete parts for a 41 year old (!) appliance, from material that I was told by others did not exist any more.... Pete sourced the material, custom made 2 gas delivery tubes that fit almost perfectly, and charged me HALF of what I figured it would be! And he's polite, courteous, experienced, and has a great beard to boot LOL!Top notch, would recommend in a heartbeat!Jason, Saskatoon

Whenever there is an issue, Peter is very quick to respond and help solve the problem. He always has time for his clients and he is never to busy to help. He is extremely honest, hard-working and cares about his clients. I would strongly recommend him as the one to contact if there are plumbing, and/or HVAC problems.

Pete fixed our heating unit in November of 2020. Since then (2 winters later) the heat has stayed on and his solution was a permanent one, not just a temporary patch.I would highly recommend Flow right for how our problem was fixed and we have not had to worry about it since.

Have had Peter up to the house twice, I had a hot water tank go on me a year and a half ago. I called Flow Right and the first thing he checked warranty date, good news tank under warranty. Labour not covered, great, big cost saved. Peter called back more good news tank in stock in Saskatoon, can have man out first thing in morning, very reasonable quote on labor. Next morning shows up first thing in morning, done in a little over an hour, great service. Now to backtrack a bit, I had this hot water tank installed by a large major company and when I called them they said it was not under warranty and that it would be 4 days at best at a cost of 1500.00 for a new tank and did I want to go ahead and schedule the install, sorry a bit of rambling there. Now a year and a half later I noticed water from under the tank, I call Peter , this is the Monday of the storm of 2020, the next morning he shows up at the house to check my tank. Long story short the drain form my humidifier had gotten pinched, that big company that put in my hot water tank, humidifier and hot water tank had left to much plastic line and over time had pinched closed. Peter shortened this line checked all other connections, this all took him about 1/2 hour of his time and more good news no bill. In a day when everyone is looking out for themselves companies like Flow Right Mechinal are rare and worth using. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks Peter.
