IMCA Euro Food

East European - Romanian - grocery store. They also have fresh food and bakery products and catering service. Prices for some products are sometimes higher than in the same type of stores. Romanian sweet bread (cozonac) is good, however, don't expect it to be like the homemade ones. They also offer the vegan version of it.Service is excellent, but if you want to place an order over the phone, do not leave a message, as they do not check them. Just call again.

Definitely my favourite Romanian store. All the cooked food is very traditional and very delicious. I also order catering food for birthdays and events. Amazing quality and nice customer service!Thank you very much IMCA!All the best, Andreea

We had a memorial service at St. George Church and opted for IMCA to do the catering. We chose takeout for the main course and dessert. The food was simply outstanding. Also, the cozonac was fresh, fluffy and full of walnuts and the traditional coliva had the quintessential original taste. Aside from food, the customer service and delivery was impeccable in terms of punctuality, follow up and support.

Good cold cuts and fresh. Some specific European products, mostly Eastern Europe. Not cheap!Sometimes they close before the stated time. Happened twice, but beyond that, no complaints.

Not impressed lately, quality and friendliness have declined big time. Been shopping here for years but decided my business is better received elsewhere.

Everything was fine but coliva in small boxes sold separately ($7 each) had very very bad taste. Probably expired (no date on any boxes)! Don't buy homemade food boxes! Better order fresh! Owner should be responsible selling fresh food...some customers can complain higher and owner pay consequences... Also it's not worthed to have food poisoning from IMCA!

Lovely Romanian store!! It’s not the largest store but it has everything we wanted!

Very well stocked Romanian store with good selection of traditional meats, dairy, jams, syrups. Well worth a visit to check it out!

Walked in and some workers were not wearing a mask and others had it half on half off. It was very visible I was uncomfortable and even mentioned it to my family out loud but they didn’t care - they finally put it on when asked directly. This shouldn’t need to be asked. Truly unacceptable when there are 13k+ cases in Ontario and the place is poorly ventilated.Other than that it’s a typical Romanian store would have given them a 4 if they had safety precautions in place. Not comfortable coming back here.

If you are looking for Romanian food you are in the right place.I am going to this store for quite some.The store has everything you want at reasonable prices considering that everything because of the pandemic is costing more to have it brought to Canada.Employees working for this store are friendly and helpful as much as possible considering that they have to work under new conditions so customers going to this store have to be more understanding and more thoughtful.Let’s respect each other more than we did in the past.Because I leave close by this store is the best for my needs.This store have everything I am looking for and more.To the employees of this store and the owner KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.Thanks
