Zenetec Collision Repair Centre - Veterans

My experience having Zenetec perform the body repair needed since I had a major hit on my back left hand door was great. They worked with my insurance provider, rental car provider and me smoothly. Excellent service all around. Our truck was damaged a month before our annual winter trip south, and the tailgate was unusable. The lads in the shop came up with a fix so we could use it while away...fantastic!The body work was amazing. You would never know there was any damage at all. Well done folks!

We are wash club members and always pleased with their operation but this time we had the inside cleaned as well The total experience was great. The 2 gentleman that did our car were very professional and did an awesome job. Our car looked and smelled brand new Highly recommended

I’ve never dealt with a more friendly, professional and capable company. They do what they say they’ll do, when they say they’ll do it and keep you informed every step of the way. From sign in through estimate to the actual work excellent service and quality. I would recommend them without hesitation. They do the little things, like taking care of my car rental and return and they do the big things like getting your car back to you ahead of schedule, spotless and done perfectly. Can’t be beat!

The people there were all so nice and so welcoming I took my car in to the collision center for repairs and they made sure I knew every step of the way what was happening and showed me what all needed to be replaced. They made me feel very comfortable. They washed my car for me for free while I was waiting to be helped. I will definitely reccomend zenetech on veterans dr. In Barrie to people to get their service done. 10/10 service My car looked amazing when I picked it up.

I am very happy with the repairs on my vehicle after a collision to my front right passenger door by another vehicle,,. This was a first for me. So I appreciated all the detailed steps that helped me to understand about what repairs were needed, costs, length of time & the transparency from the beginning to when I drove my car away. All the Staff who were part of the repairs were all courteous, knowledgable & their expertise was excellent. The updates I received regarding the progress were really helpful & appreciated.
