Frame Master

During my trip to Peru, I fell in love with a certain artwork, originally planning to complement it with a safe, understated matte black frame. Yet, upon my arrival at the framers, I realized I could potentially enhance the piece further by seeking a professional opinion.Helen, a framing expert, presented me with an unexpected array of vibrant options: purple, yellow, green, and blue frames. My initial reaction was one of hesitance, but I remained open to her expertise. After careful consideration, we collectively gravitated towards the purple. In retrospect, had I stubbornly stuck with the black frame, I doubt I would feel the same level of thrill and appreciation for the piece that I do now. The purple frame turned out to be a remarkable choice, and I'm immensely grateful for Helen's guidance.If you're seeking to truly elevate your artwork, I recommend consulting with Helen, as her keen eye will select the frame that will most exquisitely showcase your piece. However, if you already have a specific aesthetic in mind and aren't open to alternative suggestions, perhaps this route might not be for you.

Happy with the end product.We needed 5 paintings stretched and framed and Bill and Helen were very accommodating in helping us find the right frames and Wal us through the process our paintings need to go through.Can't say much about the price since we did not get any quotes from other stores, we came to Bill and had a good feeling he knows the job so we trusted him.The paintings remained unharmed although they have seen better days and had to be dealt with very carefully.Thanks guys

Frame Master does high quality work in a timely manner. I respect their framing recommendations and have had numerous posters and paintings framed over the past few years. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Nice people but the service is just quite overpriced for what you receive. Paid $1,400 for something framed for a charity event and the owner just didn't really listen to what I wanted, and then didn't offer any accomodations when I was severely disappointed with the outcome. A disappointing experience overall, particularly based on the very premium price I paid. Again, nice people - but for this kind of money I would have expected a better outcome and more willingness to understand what the customer wanted.

This place is ridiculous. Went there to get a magazine framed. Was told the price was $280 for a basic wood frame without a shadow box! I went down the street to another place and got it done for $75 with a shadow box frame in the same material!I suggest you avoid this place at all costs. What a rip-off. They overcharge people because they know people have no understanding of the cost. What a joke. Places like this who price gouge should be put out of business imo....

Recently had two items framed by Frame Master from our trip to Israel. We are more than happy with the service and quality of the work they did for us. They have been in business a long time and I know why they are still around. Many thanks again.

I had such a great experience with Frame Masters. Not only did they assist with helping me decide on a frame, they also walked me through a variety of options, as I wanted to stay within budget. The turn around was very fast and they even delivered the framed painting with hooks and all to my house free of charge! I will continue to use Frame Masters moving forward 10/10 service.

Fantastic! I needed glass replacements for a few frames I had and Frame Master really brought them back to life with custom glass fittings. Professional and nice to deal with. They offered thoughtful advice, did terrific work for a reasonable price, and even generously delivered my large framed prints to me when the work was done, saving me the headache of trying to fit them safely in the back of my car.Highly recommended!
