Worse service, they broke my car door lock. Did not tell me until I phoned them, told me, sorry we will replace it and never called me back. Spoke to the manager, and he said we will call you when part is here going on 2 months . So disappointed in their service and business. Do not take your car to them.

Excellent dealership. Very can-do and transparent in their sales process. Ours was a more complex multi-province transaction and everyone helped. Sheldon did a great job.

Bought a new truck from them this past January. I dealt with Kyle and he was excellent to deal with. Was straight and upfront with the pricing and didn't try to pressure me or throw extras on top of the quoted price. He accommodated me being from out of town and picked me up from the airport and got all the paperwork done quickly so I could get on the road home. Was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and its options and took the time to go though it all. I hold back on a five star rating until post sale service can be evaluated. I would recommend dealing with Kyle if you are looking at something they supply.

Keep bringing my 2020 Silverado in for small warranty issues and every time I get some ridiculous excuse as to why they can’t figure it out or it’s not a problem. Just tried to get them to look at an ongoing issue with the brakes, brought in video evidence, and I got another excuse and was told unless the technician can hear it when he drives it they can’t do anything then was basically told to leave unless I want to pay another 80$ diagnostic fee for nothing. They say they don’t hand wash black trucks even though they have detailed my truck before and because I have roof racks they can’t send it through splashes. The amount of excuses they have is uncanny. That was my last attempt going back there. Love my truck but can’t stand this place. Just pushing me passed my warranty so they can charge an arm and leg for sub par service.

SOLD THE CAR I HAD A DEPOSIT ON. PROFIT BEFORE CUSTOMERS.Left me feeling as though they do not care about their customers. They just want maximum profits from anyone who walks through the door.Came in to look at a 2010 FJ, I test drove and put a deposit on it after we agreed on a price. Placed a down payment and went home. NEXT DAY it was no longer available and that I would be getting my deposit back. I dealt directly with the sales manager who never gave me an explanation as to what happened to the FJ.I've since bought 4 vehicles for work and I gave them none of the business. They could have made more sales if they had integrity during the sales process. I go to Westminster Toyota who looks after me very well. Great when compared to this place.

On Oct. 14, 2022 took my 2022 GMC Terrain in for the weather seal under the hood to be replaced and front and back floor liners put in and car detailed. It took them 3 times to detail my car, as they put the floor liners in 1st and couldn't be bothered to vacuum under them .On Oct. 18, took my car in for snow tires. Got a call at 1 o'clock saying rims did not come in that my car will not be ready until the next day.Oct. 19, I picked my car up at 6 o'clock and I noticed scratches in my passenger headlight, service dept. was closed. Talked to a sales rep. he will talk to them tomorrow. Got home and upon further inspection I saw that 3 of my tries were on BACKWARDS!Oct. 20, 8:00 am called service dept. was told to come in ASAP, had car there by 9:20 by 10:15 tires were on properly and scratches were sort of buffed out, service manager came out and said with A RAISED VOICE AND FOUL TONE in so many words that I did it to my own car and that he has professionals working here, he then walks away to get the general sales manager. The general sales manager comes out to talk to me and says all the right things to smooth things over and that he will talk to the general manager and get back to me the following week.As of today Nov. 22, 2022 not a word from the general sales manager OR general manager regarding this issue.
