Brandon was incredible, exceeded expectations. I needed gas lines ran for the stove, BBQ and fireplace, then installation of the fireplace. He communicates promptly, tells you what needs to be done then quickly and efficiently executed the work to be done. I highly recommend Eminence Heating and will definitely be recommending him to others and will call him again if I need any HVAC work.

My furnace stopped working on a weekend, which automatically means it will likely cost more. I was pleasantly surprised that Brandon was able to provide service quickly and advise me of various pricing options. I like that he managed expectations. He told me what he expected the repair to cost, let me know when he was on his way, let me know how long the repair should take etc. I really appreciated the excellent customer service. I recommend Eminence and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. My chihuahua especially appreciates that the furnace is working again!

My furnace bit the dust in the first cold week of winter, and Brandon from Eminence Heating came to my rescue! From the moment I called him, he assured me I would be looked after. I had called many companies around the city for quotes and he was very well priced. He was easy to get ahold of and answered my calls and emails promptly. He was very polite and professional was able to install a furnace for me next day (on a weekend!). He even dropped off some electric heaters to keep me warm overnight. He is very knowledgeable in the trade, and he and Kyle (his right hand man) had my furnace installed and my house warm in no time. I highly recommend for any of your warming/cooling needs.

Super efficient and really great advice. He came out same day for my broken furnace, went and got the part right away and installed it. He also looked at my fireplace in the same visit and identified and fixed the issue free of charge! I would recommend this company to anyone!

Just had Brandon install a Lennox ductless mini-split in my home office. Was one of the best contractor experiences I've had of late. When he says on his website that he'll be in touch within 24 hours he means it. He wrote me back a few hours after I submitted the request on his website and gave me a rough estimate. He then came to the house on a Sunday to firm up the estimate and installed the equipment a week later.His price was about 60% of what I was quoted for a similar unit by one of the bigger companies in town. I would not hesitate to recommend his company and will likely use his services again in the future.

Eminence (Brandon) did a great job of installing the large heater we purchased at Princess Auto in our garage.He arrived a few days before the job to do an assessment of the site and inspected the heater we bought. He was thorough and knowledgeable.During the install he was prompt, efficient, and professional. Price was very reasonable and he cleaned up after he was done.
