Bath Depot Oakville (Burloak)

Dealing with Nabeel at the store was the most amazing part of my experience with Bath Depot. He was incredible; he made suggestions on what I should look at to order, gave me instructions on how to install, told me if items were not in stock to avoid delays and helped me sort out issues caused by Bath Depot head office.Speaking of head office…they constantly changed delivery dates and when the district manager was contacted for assistance, all he did was refer me back to Nabeel for production problems (yes, he referred me back to the store level to deal with problems that occurred during the production process). Unbelievable.Real service only existed with the store and calling in to customer service was sad; similar to dealing with the district manager, Tarek. He called once to say that everything was on schedule, even though it wasn’t. For instance, original delivery date was July 11, the head office changed to a July 18, then after that date passed, they said that the items were picked up by their logistics provider on July 18. When their provider called and I ask when they received my order, they said they picked it up July 21st. In other words, Tarek and head office are untrustworthy…Top marks for Nabeel and crew at the store, and bottom marks for Bath Depot head office.

When I was deferred to a Burlington’s location to solve an issue with a product, I was not only greeted unexpectedly by name, but met with a solution that went above, and beyond what I have ever experience from a retailer. Nabeel, Burlington’s store manager appreciated my busy schedule and offered a solution that would afford my replacement product to be much closer than the store, to save me on time and travel. He remained positive and cheerful in all our interactions, and as stated before, brought a level of service to us that has been unparalleled in all our home reno experience. Nabeel will not remain at the store level long, he belongs at the highest level of corporate where he could serve to elevate the franchise’s reputation across the country!

I have purchased many items at this place as it has a great selection of inventory, and I have always received great service, but today was exceptional! Jessica literally saved the day for me! I was in a panic as I had to make a last minute exchange for a product that I would have had to wait months for, but she managed to find a solution for me. My contractor was only available for the next few days and I had already waited a year so I could not afford to wait any longer. As soon as I walked into the store I saw Jessica in action with the customers in front of me. I was already impressed. Her bubbly and courteous personality, as well as her knowledge and efficiency, made all the customers happy and content. She is definitely customer oriented and has amazing problem solving skills. I cannot begin to explain how much her help meant to me in the most stressful times. Thank you Jessica! You deserve a raise! I will be back for all my other renos in the near future!

The young girl in showroom is very polite knowledgeable and efficient. Her boss is great too. Products are top notch and competitively priced or not lower

My husband and I had the best experience we could have hoped for with Nabeel Khan and his team.They were very knowledgeable and were extremely patient when our home was delayed and we revised our order . Always pleasant and accommodating no matter how many times we came into the store or phoned for advice.I will strongly recommend my friends and family shopping at Bath Depot and particularly at this Burloak location.

I visited the store on Saturday June 17, 2023 and I was pleasantly greeted by Jessica. She was very patient with answering all my questions about the stores bathroom vanity collection and helped me decide the right item considering our bathroom designs. She was also really energetic, caring and shared the right amount of information. I am so impressed by her friendliness and her excellent customer service skills, that I just wanted to give a special shoutout to her for all her help today!The store has great selection of productts with reasonable pricing and along with caring and helpful staff, I highly recommend this location!

Got very good customer service from Jessica when we went to check out the toilets today. She was knowledgeable and helpful without any pressure.

Nabeel & his team (notably Conrad) were super accommodating throughout the whole purchase process. Bought multiple items for a 2 bathroom reno.No pressure whatsoever, even had to return an item, no hassle.Great experience overall, will definitely shop here again!

Worst retail customer service ever. Horrible management and the sales person was unhelpful and rude and seemed like he could care less if he made a sale or not.I bought a sink from them, one they had in the showroom. They ordered it and I picked it up 10 days later. But when I went to install it, I realized it was not the same sink and it was 2 inches less deep. I took it back to the store and they told me it seemed like the sink I wanted was discontinued. My project had already been delayed so much so I was desperate. I asked them to sell me the floor model at a discount. Despite the multiple dents in it they would only discount it 10% which I refused. The sales guy told me the manager/owner could give me a better discount and he would be in the next day. But when I drove all the way over there the next morning, he told the manager comes in the afternoon. So I asked him to call me when he does, but he never did. Will never shop there again.
