When to this place to have the radiator cleaned from bugs, they quoted me $220 to remove the air to air and powerwash both radiator and air to air, the guy doing the job told me they would test the air to air for leaks, i was watching him doing the job when another man came along and in a very rude fashion told me to go to the front, they should send him for reeducation in customer service, clearly theirs humongous customer care care challenged thing was none of that, instead of going to the office i move outside of the shop where i had them and the truck on sight, my guts were telling me this man was no good near my truck, he took the air to air to the rear and a few minutes later called me to show me the air to air bubbling a lot for air leaks, well the same truck came in the morning from PA with 40.000 lbs going up and down hills with no power issues, the bubbling it had now would not allow the truck to go like that. They offered a new air to air $ 960 00 compared to Freighliner $780 00 or S&S $620 00. I ended up with a bill for $1300.00 plus for a job that was created in very dubious circumstances, i took my part to have it inspected on the reasons of the failure because the damage did not match the truck running behaviour earlier the same day. I don't recommend this place, they did not show transparency, their part price was high compared to the dealership and the manners of the man who run the test who i think is one of the owners was nasty and dubious if it's not borderline with bad intention. I can understand all the good reviews about this place which shows they are either friends or retarded who like to be taken for a ride. I should have listened to my heart when i when in and i saw the place empty from customers which was more than a evident way to show anyone that service in there was not good.

Just read the review from Highway alliance. My experience has always been great here. Being the curious person I am, I checked out his other reviews and sure enough he has a lot of nasty things to say about a lot of companies. Very unfortunate.
