Joe and his team 150% created the vision I had for my Fireplace remodel. They gave honest feedback along the way, used excellent craftsmanship, and were trustworthy in our home while we were out of town. I HIGHLY recommend them!!! They were also competitively priced - which Joe encouraged us to check so that we would be even more confident in their work and price paid.

I've waited a few months to review so we can get some good use out of our wood insert. After two face cords, we are beyond pleased. Joe came out to the house, was honest and forthright about what it will do and what it won't do. The install was fast, clean and professional. They even showed me how to light it properly!I highly recommend Custom Fireplace & Chimney Care.

I called to ask about repairing a gas fireplace (not installed by them as it was a low quality builder grade fireplace) and Joe was very responsive, honest and extremely helpful. He went out of his way to take a look at it same day and went through all my options. When the time comes to replace my current fireplace I will definitely reach out to him.

Joe was fantastic and inspired confidence in what he installed for us. We absolutely love our fireplace and speak highly of his work to others. I really appreciate his honest opinion, understanding what we were looking for and not trying to upsell something we didn’t want/need. The pricing was also very reasonable and Joe was able to get it ordered and installed in a couple weeks, not a couple months.

Joe and Company went above and beyond in the installation of our gas fireplace. Though we had 5 estimates for the job, we ultimately decided to go with a family owned business, and we are so happy we did. From the beginning, Joe and Family were attentive to our and were great communicators, responding quickly via phone or email.We were happy to find out that the company was a sponsor for Toys for Tots and actively involved in the community.I highly recommend using this top notch company.

We called Joe on a referral from a neighbor. We are Realtors and we also want someone that can help our clients when needed. Joe and his wife Melissa are amazing! Communication and service is top-notch!! I was at a house with a buyer that had an old wood stove and Joe responded while we were still at the house, answering all our questions! We found CF&CC after checking out several other gas fireplace installers. We worked with the owner Joe Spoden, which was refreshing, and everything moved along smoothly. Joe came to the house to measure personally and make his recommendation. We went with the Kozy Heat model and are very happy. Also did full re-brick to modernize the look. Joe and his crew of two were fast and efficient, and got everything done over two days. Good workmanship and follow-up to our questions. A better value and sooner install than anywhere else. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience with Joe and his team. He was quick to respond always. Open to our feedback and ideas. Our project took a little longer than expected but Joe and his team worked hard to get it done for us. We are so happy with our new fireplace.
