Zero Stars for sure. My Vehicle was involved in an accident recently and without my knowledge or consent, my vehicle was towed to IAA Toronto. I didn't even get the opportunity to grab my items from my car. Shame on you IAA Toronto. I have seen similar reviews with you towing people's vehicles without consent. That's absolutely unacceptable.

Hit or miss with the types of vehicles you can buy here. It is a salvage vehicle auction so you have to do your research on the vehicle and go take a look in person if possible. You can't really blame the condition of the vehicle on impact, because these vehicles are as-is and are considered total losses by the insurance companies. Staff are usually nice and I haven't ever had any issues. I gave 4 stars because only they need to take a look at changing their methods of payment, as the new online method they've introduced isn't the best.

there is a couple of people who are very kind and they know how to go about any issues but there is also a few people in there who doesn't realize who and how big of a company they work for. If anyone have to deal with a lady name Sue you better of asking for someone else she has absolutely no work ethics which is a key factor in there. Very rood and acts like she owns the place. Everyone else seems to be on the same page

My car was brought here right after an accident. It was a write off, it had only been 4 days since the crash. I hadn’t taken my belongs out of it when I went there the Mechanics or someone from impact auto stole my ray ban sun glasses, $65 in my cup holder, and other things of value. Only leaving my rosary and the floor mats. They threw out all my school work, pay stubs, receipts and other documents in my glove box. They tried to tell me it wasn’t them but the bags they bagged up my floor mats in and put my rosary inside of; came from them. I hope whoever may see this never thinks about doing business with impact auto auctions. I wish you nothing but the worst

This place is a scam. The staff are a joke Customer service is terrible! Nobody answers calls and when you leave message to call you backUnbelievable Its zoo in there 1 STAR OVER FOR THIS LOCATION

After my vehicle was totaled in an accident, it was towed to this lot by my insurance without my knowledge. As everyone else in these reviews has mentioned, tons of items were stolen out of my vehicle.This business claims it must've been stolen by one of the tow truck drivers, which is ironic, because the small-town tow truck driver who towed my accident claims that these people are notorious for doing this, and has 600 positive reviews. I wonder if he musta dun it". Filed a police report

3 cars with lien affected sales and impact manager Dave gives us 500 refund. DAVE please add that to your bonus and work with some dignity and all buyer and seller same respect. Zero stars for this service! The worst ever! We've been scheduled for car pickup today, Friday. The truck driver kept texting and saying he will let us know when he is coming. Never came or apologize or even mentioned that he won't be able to make it today. Now we have to wait until Monday! Terrible unprofessional customer unfriendly staff! Very disappointing!
