Useless!!! Horrible customer service. I had 1 simple request..... Im looking for a wide boot with a wide steel toe. Person helping me had zero product knowledge. Couldnt even recommended 1 pair for me. She ended up leaving me and talking to her friends at the front cash.Zero product knowledge.....Im Off to Marks or Mr Safety Shoes!

Store is clearly understaffed for Black Friday weekend. Went in on Friday to pick up a coat for my son with my wife, only two staff in the whole store, including cashiers. Took forever to get help from anyone, store was somewhat busy.Came back on Saturday to do an exchange, line at the cash was crazy long again and the same only two staff. Decided to just keep it - not worth the wait. Get some more people in here if you care about your customers, because your store is full!!

I visited this store today for my safety boots. I met with one of the bestest sale person named Celina. I must say she is very helpful as she understands my situation that what I am looking for. She helped me by searching the required boots in affordable price. I love the way she talked. I will definitely go back in future.

The lady (and I am using that term loosely) I dealt with was unbelievably rude. I was actually shocked at how horrible her customer service skills were. I will never be back to another Work Authority again. Be warned, the staff there are clearly not happy with their job.
