I had a very smooth and stress-free experience with Abdul Rahmani from EastView Auto Sales Inc. I bought an Acura RDX 2013 AWD about a week ago. The car drives smooth, very clean inside and outside and for a very good price. The services rendered by Abdul was extra-ordinary, he brought the car to me for inspection and when I was satisfied, he also delivered the car fully registered to me. This is indeed 5-star service.

I am happy with my my purchase, it’s 2010 Outlander, it has been 2 months, the car runs well. And good people too! The only thing is, they said they will send me the second pair of keys, but I haven’t received it yet! Please send me the keys if guys see this :)

I drove from Petawawa, 5 hours from Toronto in search of a Lexus GS350 from the city. Hakim offered one which I was interested in. He understood my intentions of potentially purchasing a car then and there and having it registered so I may drive home right after (on a Saturday). In preparation for this, he had the safety inspection done the evening before, in case the deal was agreed on. The car was clean and prepared for viewing, and he answered all my questions thoroughly (I was very detailed in my inspection).I enjoyed my time with Hakim, and was impressed with the car that we were able to strike a deal right there (I was scheduled to see another car just after). He is very personable, respectful, and a family oriented man. The haggling was exactly as I expected when purchasing a used car, and we both easily agreed on a price that worked for both of us. He then worked quickly to ensure all the papers were in order, and met us at the MTO to finalize the registration.Comparison: I will compare Eastview to another dealer, which I will call Prestige" (not the real name). I am not one to write reviews straight away, as I always wait a good amount of time to see if the product/service met my expectations. Eastview Auto Sales service and product has surpassed my expectations.Excellent above and beyond service, very honest. Traded in my old Matrix for a Civic for an amazing price. I was surprise as I got a better trade-in value then if I had sold my car privately. The owner explained everything and made the transaction so smooth. Eastview Auto Sales did everything for me from registration to plate sticker to removing my old plates. Made my buying a used car experience very positive.
