Selection isn’t the broadest, but customer service is good. Seems like there’s a couple new hires that are really friendly and pleasant to deal with. Makes shopping so much nicer.

If I could give negative stars I would!!Extremely disappointed with the lack of understanding and compassion displayed by the staff at LCBO on Parliament. It is disheartening to see such disregard for customers with disabilities.Upon entering the store, I simply intended to purchase a six pack of beers. However, I was immediately approached by a staff member named Rene, who informed me that E-scooters are not allowed inside the store. I was shocked and taken aback, especially considering I had already made my way to the beer cooler with my scooter.I want to emphasize that I have a legitimate disability, as confirmed by both a letter from my doctor and the government of Ontario. It clearly outlines the necessity of my E-scooter for mobility purposes. Not all disabilities are visible, and it is essential for businesses like LCBO to be inclusive and accommodating to all customers.Reluctantly, I complied with the staff's request and took myself and my scooter outside. Thankfully, a kind individual offered to keep an eye on it for me while I quickly completed my purchase. However, as I turned to re-enter the store, I was met with disappointment yet again. Rene had the audacity to smile and lock the door behind me, indicating that the store was closing. This entire experience has left me beyond upset. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity, especially when I am exercising my right to access essential goods. I strongly believe that LCBO on Parliament needs to reevaluate its policy regarding E-scooters and disability accommodation.I sincerely hope that management takes my complaint seriously and investigates this matter promptly. It is imperative that LCBO ensures its staff members are trained to handle situations involving customers with disabilities, and that their policies align with inclusivity and accessibility. No one should be made to feel unwelcome or discriminated against while simply trying to make a purchase.I eagerly await a response from LCBO management, as I trust they will address this issue promptly and take steps to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.Chey

Great staff, always helpful. Selection is very good, considering the store size.Only problem is the aggressive panhandling in front the store. It's getting to be very annoying.

The Afro-Canadian female staff member at cashier role today swore at me because I held my product and didn't want her to actually touch it. She told me that they put the product on the shelf so what is the issue.....I responded by saying that is okay but you do not have to touch the product. That is when she swore, you know the F word. So, I asked for her Manager, and she stated to go right ahead. Must be nice not to fear customer complaints because you are union protected. Grow up and serve the customer. Other today, when this new staff member served me with rudeness and disrespect, this store is quite pleasant. Thank you.

Typical monopoly…. Staff feel they are doing a favour by serving you. Interesting though, some staff are excellent where others are absolutely horrible.Seldom enough cashiers open, and if there is one single line, staff are not mature enough to challenge people who just pony up. If you have a question staff are self-absorbed with their work. This location does not have a very good inventory. Surprising because the place is so busy. So, I guess they just stock what they sell.
