We have been working with Cinelli since 2012 when we started baking bread in house. Since then we have expanded to a commissary kitchen, upgraded our ovens and added Cinelli mixers, rounders, dividers and proofer retarders. Albert is always very helpful in walking through our options, assisting with placement and helping to anticipate future needs. The pricing is very competitive and knowing that we are buying something Canadian made is important, not only knowing we are supporting local trades but we never have to 'wait for a part to be shipped'.

I’ve been trying to get a service rep to come service the machines for over a month. mike at service continues to ignore this service call! Seems like once they sell the product they don’t give a … about it anymore ! I’ve sent him many emails now . Cinelli you’re a fairly good size company , you need to do better than this ! You need to be there when your machines need service etc.
