HeroNet.ca - Here to save the day!

Amazing quality. I live in an area where the service is sketchy and I constantly get told by videotron and bell it is what it is. Hero net fixed the issues and are awesome when I need to contact them. Big fan!

I've been a HeroNet customer since 2017 and never had a problem.They helped me transfer my subscription to a new address and everything went smoothly.What I also really like with them is that they take the time to call you when needs be. Like when I wanted to upgrade for a faster transfer speed, they called me to make sure that it is really what I needed and checked that nothing was wrong with it.

I am using HERO for the past 3 + years and the service is outstanding. No interruptions or failures. The representatives are extremely friendly and professional. I moved to a new location and it was the smoothest transfer I ever experienced. Thank you to all the HEROS and keep up the great work!

I've previously wrote a one star review based on the quick exchange the agent (one of the owner of Heronet) and I had over the phone and how disappointed i was... within 5-10 minutes i received a phone call from the Agent himself to apologise and explain in details what he had said. In the end, it was just a misunderstanding and the fact he took the time to reach out and explain in details means a lot and prove how much Heronet cares about their customer.I can safely say that Heronet is a one of the few companies out there that truly cares about their customers and their satisfaction.For this reason alone, even though i am not a customer (yet), i am happy to change my 1 star review to a 5 stars.

I've been with this company for the past year and a half, and each time I have called in I have wait probably a max of 5 mins before I get in touch with one of their Heroes.When I talk with someone they pretty much solve my issue with the first point of contact and I am never transferred to someone else.I have never felt like a number to them but an actual client.Do yourself a major service and go with this company cause you will save yourself major headache and money!

I am grateful every day for having been introduced to HeroNet. From the first email communication, they made everything easy and familiar, giving special attention to all my peculiar needs. As someone who requires an uninterrupted, high-speed Internet connection for work, video calls and streaming, HeroNet came through in a big way at a good price. It is a rare experience to feel as cared for as a client, and they come with my highest recommendation.

I have rarely had a problem since switching to this Internet Service Provider (ISP). The odd issue I have had has been promptly taken care of and I spoke to a tech almost immediately each time. It's the best customer service I have experienced among all the big companies I have needed service from, cell providers, banks, cable companies. Can't beat the unlimited internet either, no more surprise bills after watching a few Netflix movies.

While I’m unfortunately cancelling the service and asking for a full refund, I nevertheless want to share that the customer service I did have from Heronet and from Martin in particular was exemplary. Despite many issues from, no-shows and repeated failures by Rogers Cable to repair the issues with the cable lines themselves, Martin was incredibly helpful and attentive and tried everything possible to help resolve the internet issues.All together, while the internet outage experience due to Rogers Cable challenges has been frustrating, my experience with Martin and the Heronet team was as positive and supportive as possible amid such challenging circumstances.

Excellent customer service and internet service.I'm based in Kingston and HeroNet offered the best speeds at the best prices.Martin from HeroNet has always gone above and beyond to guarantee high quality service.There have been occasional outages, but these were always on Cogeco's (line owner) end, and resolved swiftly.They could probably do with an update to their website. But all in all, great service. Would recommend.

Horrible customer service (not sure what they're doing). Internet is horrendous and I've been stuck in no internet limbo for the last while because they've been unorganized and do not care about their customers
