So happy this place exists. I go in on Mondays and take advantage of their awesome 2 old movies for $3 deal. Our family loves our movie Mondays. Staff is knowledgable and always ready to suggest something fun.

My wife and I love this place. One of our first dates was picking out a movie at Leo’s and it’s been tradition ever since. Hope this place stays open for many years to come!

Most amazing video store ever! They have a very diverse selection of movies including mainstream, classics, documentaries, foreign, and even a lot of really rare stuff that you simply can't find on services like Netflix.They also have an awesome selection of video games. Where else can you still rent video games? I don't know of anywhere. Being able to rent them sure beats the heck out of buying them for top dollar at the big box retailers.They also have a disc repair machine. The service is affordable and highly effective. I own a xbox 360 game that was severely scratched and now it looks almost new again! Amazing!They will also buy or give you trade-in credit if you have dvds or blu-rays that you want to get rid of.The service here is always incredible. The owner is very passionate about movies and one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. His staff are amazing as well. They are always very helpful and friendly. Their level of customer service is the best I have ever experienced.Even after all the competition has gone out of business, this place still continues to stand. That says a lot!

You walk in and Leo is carefully tending to his organic coconut oil popcorn while you're amazed at all the DVDs and wondering 'how is this guy still in business?'You're reminded of years ago when you used to visit blockbuster and the possibilities and options seemed endless like you never make a choice. Similar to what you're feeling now as you walk around Leo's videos. But it's different because it's so damn cheap you don't have to decide. You pick 2 just because and no matter if you watch them or not, you're grateful for the experience of visiting Leo's videos and make an empty promise to visit again before he closes down.Great store.

Great selection of movies, well laid out with a knowledgeable staff. Stop by here for a nostalgic movie rental experience. They also stock popcorn, snacks and frozen items for those summer nights. 100% recommended.

Almost the last video store on the planet really good place to rent movies and did you know if you live to far away you can rent movies online from them all over canada and they will ship in the mail and really friendly staff and really good popcorn

The staff here is Amazing! My husband left his wallet in the store with over 700 dollars in it and the staff returned it. They refused to take a reward . My husband is forever greatful. I have been renting from Leo's Videos since they first opened about 14 years ago! I've always received excellent personalized customer service regardless of the staff that is working. Leo's has always had an extensive selection and it continues to grow! One of Kelowna's best family owned and operated businesses!

Grungy little shop that still rents DVDs and such! So very awesome and great selection. They also have gentle used DVD on sale for a reasonable price. Snacks are a bit over priced but that’s to be expected, right?

In a world of download and streaming, it is great to find a place like Leo's that still rents videos. The customer service I have received here has been top notch, and their selection of new and older movies is really quite extensive. Great job! You will defiantly be seeing more of me.
