I must say, I never thought I would be given a massage so grateful as I seem to get from Helena. I feel so relaxed as she focuses on whatever area I felt most work is needed as she is the best of the best. I havent had an appointment with the others, but I am extremely happy with Helena.

My regular chiropractor was unavailable this week so I decided to try Preserve Health Centre. The treatment I received was excellent. Dr. Anna used a variety of remedies, not just adjustments like I used to receive before. This is my new go-to place.

Helena is wonderful and an experienced RMT. She begins with asking where you want her to concentrate and is very thorough. Love the direct billing. I found this place walking by last summer and have had wonderful experiences each time!

Dr Anna is an amazing Chiropractor! She is knowledgeable. She never rushes you. She uses manual therapy as well as machines. There are lot of places I have been to before for my shoulder pain and most places don't use manual therapy. She listens and assess your condition at every appointment. I have been going to her since she opened and am highly content with her services. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of therapy

Dr. Anna helps me manage my shoulder pain, she uses variety of treatment methods and spends a good amount of time on each session. She also has shockwave therapy which is not available in many other clinics! Great chiropractor!

This was my first treatment and Dr. Anna was fantastic! I've seen 2 other Chiropractors in the past, with Anna I never felt rushed. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and hands on. Definitely going back and would highly recommend.
