Wouldnt rent out a unit to me because i made the manager (Sherri Hicks) feel unsafe one time. Well im sorry but i would feel unsafe too after you just drove into my patio with a uhaul from your own local business while im 2 stories up. I was sitting on my patio when she drove into it and moved the whole thing. Im suprised she didnt rip it out of the wall. I made her feel unsafe by saying words. Would you be mad if someone drove into your patio while you are relaxing on it?

If I could give 0 stars I would, went to this lady in February gave her the money all was good, she told us we could have half the month so she only charged us half of the last month we used it, we go to get our stuff she has put a second lock on it because she wants more money. I would have had no problems at all giving her more IF SHE HAD TOLD US. Not a word was said to us of what date to be out or that she was putting a second lock on the unit. Absolutely horrible I do not recommend. I thought communicating with your customers was part of her job but I guess not
