Ottawa Shawarma Palace
I have to say, my first visit was a 5+ star experience. I went in near closing time so I wasn't expecting that freshest of ingredients but, boy, was I wrong.The gentleman behind the counter who was serving was super polite as well as the girl at the cash register. They looked after everyone so well and had such amazing manners. Customer service was top notch!Then the food! Wow. The chicken was juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. What heavenly flavours. The vegetables were fresh! The hummus and garlic sauce were smooth and flavourful.This is my favourite shawarma experience in Ottawa by far!

The place had great service and was very clean. The portions were generous but the pricing is a bit more than comparable shawarma locations in Ottawa. I would recommend the shawarma plates as you get the bang for buck. I did like that the kabobs were freshly made to order, though.

Great value for the amount of food you get! Also the food has amazing flavor. I recommend checking this place out, however there’s not much parking available.

In the past, it was very good. However, when we went there tonight, we noticed that the prices had gone up and the portions had shrunk simultaneously. The shawarma platter, which used to cost $16, now amounts to $21.5 including tax. Most importantly, they serve significantly smaller chicken/beef portions on the plates. I informed the chef about the reduced portion size, but he insisted that it is what it is. It appears that customer satisfaction is not a priority there.Without a doubt, this was the last time I visited that place. Next time, I will explore other options.

I lived in Ottawa before and had to come back to this place on a visit. Still amazing food and service. Prices have gone up, but that's the same everywhere. Best shawarma around

Good food, but a little over hyped.Was visiting from Toronto and everyone said to visit Shawarma Palace. Had a lot of high hopes, and it was not mind blowing.Food was good to be very honest, portions are MASSIVE! However, the service wasn’t the best. They looked like they did not enjoy being there.The food we got a chicken platter and a mix platter. Both were average. Nothing so special.

Best Shawarma in the city , hands down. This location specifically is my favourite too. They over large shawarmas, verses other palaces that just over 1 size. I love a good large shawarma because it’s filling and doesn’t require me to get the plate. Well worth the money. Check this staple out! You won’t regret it!

Different taste in their shawarma and rice. The portion is decent too. I would recommend to try this shawarma.Their chicken and beef shawarma is running item.

Ottawa Shawarma Palace
Shawarma Palace used to be the best place in town. Unfortunately, since they’ve been bought out the quality of the food has gone down and so have the portions. To top it off everything is VERY overpriced. I got a small chicken sandwich with taboulie on the side and payed $22. Recently went to another shawarma restaurant where I payed $15 for the same thing, only the portions were bigger.
