Got couple glasses at this location. Anna and the team are great! They helped me find glasses that look good on me and my wife likes alot, they were able to have them ready the same day too. They really went above and beyond with their service and I am grateful for it. 5 stars for sure. Will definitely recommend them and go back when I need more.

Haven't been in 2 years won't ever be coming back. Was having really bad vision headaches as a result of a prescription change go here with them knowing about my situation and yet still took over a month to get a pair of glasses ready to go. I have a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses which needed to be tightened. I went into Hakim Optical in WEM. The staff were so friendly and helpful - tightened the arms of my sunglasses very quickly and even cleaned and polished them! No charge so wanted to leave them a great review!!

I went in to get some glasses the other day and honestly, it was amazing! Alexander showed me around making sure I felt welcomed and that I made the right choices with my frames. I also met the manager and the staff a few times prior as I like to get a feel for places I would potentially like to shop at. Great selection, great customer service, and will definitely be recommending my friends and family!I don't agree with the last comment saying the manager was rude! Maybe she had a bad day but she's awesome!

Hakim Optical was the place I always bought my glasses!! Well NOT ANYMORE!! They DO NOT take responsibility for the actions!!!!I took my broken frame and lens in to see what options I had. After going through some options and picked out some new frames , I was undecided, so I told them I will think about and will come back. So they just put my lens and broken frame along with the other new frames I was deciding on in their blue tray til I return. Well Covid happened and I just couldn't get back to the store! Finally went back to decide on a frame , and the girl that had help me initially was there, and she remembered me! But they couldn't find my tray!So they said they will keep on looking and give me a call. Didn't hear back, so I gave them a call. They person on the line said that they couldn't find it , that they were new staff and that there was no evidence of my even leaving my frame and lens there! And there is nothing they can do! That they had called all the customers to come pick up their glasses before the Covid shutdown! Never did i receive a call! Nothing you can do???? That's $400 down the drain for me!! I've spent to much money purchasing glasses from Hakim, and there's nothing you can do???? So I asked to speak to someone that has the authority to do something! She said she will get the manager to call me back! Haven't received a phone call!!

Honestly not worth it. I went there a few months back to get lenses for my preexisting frames and they were slightly cheaper than other places. I pay almost 500 dollars for them to get the deepest scratches I've ever seen. Product is low quality, I've never had lenses scratch like this. I go in to see about a warrenty fix or replacement only to be informed that there is none and I would have to pay for a whole new lense. Don't bother going here. It's not worth the slight decrease in prices for the absolute God awful product you receive.

I had the most amazing customer service experience at the place. I have been to see the female doctor twice - so great!The women assisting me in choosing the best frames to suit me, so super helpful and really made some amazing suggestions.Looking at the displays, a person can notice so many unique beautiful frames... but then pull out the drawers under the displays and WOW! Gorgeous selection.What I appreciate most is how they explained why I would need certain coatings and how those coatings would help serve me better depending on if I spend more time in front of my laptop or driving and so forth. Their expertise is as Gorgeous as their glasses, and I can't recommend this Optical Store Enough.Thank you all so very much Ladies! It was such a pleasure to have spent time with you all and so grateful for all your help.

First and foremost the staff and service were excellent.The sales practices/strategies of this business are flawed and outdated.There is no clear pricing on any of the frames. From $169 for 2 pairs is a deceptive tactic. There are few if any frames that are available for that promotion.Hakim seems to have its own in house brand. They charge designer prices for frames that probably cost them very little to manufacture.Consumers are not the sheep Hakim thinks we are.Deceptive or murky pricing (or none at all) just makes people irritated and they will leave and never come back.Maybe try being transparent like the majority of eyeglass retailers.$169 for 2 pairs usually works out to $800+ for 2 pairs.Be smart.
