Super Shawarma
This was one of the Best spots to go to but over the past couple years the Employees working cannot listen when told to go lightly on one sauce and use a disgusting amount of garlic sauce. Then are confused when told its to much and I need Extra hot sauce to combat the garlic. If the owner is in and making it you will never go wrong with anything he makes. His staff need a lesson on sauces.

On May 21, 2023, 12.30 PM, we went there for a friendly Lunch with my family. We worded a chicken shawarma wrap for each, when the mature of the staff in charge asked who will pay. I confirm that I will pay, when she started to make unpleasant and 100% unprofessional loudly comments that my son should pay for our order.We politely asked for completion of our order, when she continued with her comments addressed to my son in front to everyone: I still believe you should pay for the order."It seems that she had something with my son

Super Shawarma
I was visiting Kitchener from Paris and decided to make a quick stop to the closest Shawarma location I could find. Their Shawarma Poutine was amazing. Best I've ever had. I purchased it 30 minutes before closing yet the customer service from the ladies up front and in the kitchen plus the quality/quantity of the food was superb. Would definitely drive all the way up there again just for that. TIP THEM!

We ordered 2 chicken shawarma plates. The food was salty as a sea and the chicken smelled really bad. I will never go back to them.

Chicken shawarma is average, chicken sandwich had some cuticles. their garlic sauce tastes like it has a lot of mayo. I would have preferred if the chicken was fresh off the grill, not kept in a box.

If you're looking for a delicious and satisfying meal, I highly recommend this shawarma place! The staff were super responsive and provided excellent service. What really stood out was the quality of the food - they added more than what you would typically get at other shawarma places. Despite being busy, the staff were never rude and struck the perfect balance between friendliness and professionalism. Overall, a fantastic experience that left me feeling completely satisfied.

I was just there, and as I’m paying, the owner reaches across to the machine and says “I’ll do faster” and quickly pops in the highest tip amount and continues.First of all, when my credit card details are being used on that machine, that’s my machine. Don’t touch how much money I want to pay you for a tip. Sneaky!! I’m never going there again. That’s the 2nd time he was very rude to me, and I’ve known others to complain about him, whom I’m assuming is the owner.

Super Shawarma
This is the best shawarma poutine I’ve ever had. Owner was very nice and offered me and my girlfriend a free drink. The customer service was excellent and the food was even better.
