The little stone house drew us in, the curiosity provoking paths led us exploring and the clear signs kept us informed. Stellar destination for any DIYer or professional installer. Have had several Dibbits deliveries over the past 2 years of living in the county...always over the phone...Never a problem. Visited there last week to purchase a 'boulder' to drop in the garden. Found what was for us the perfect specimen. Was a great experience dealing with them face to face (all extremely helpful). It was capped off today with Chris dropping off our rock, and he took the extra 10 minutes to place the 800 lb'er precisely where we though it would look best. Man, this was and has been the best customer service experience I've had in a very long time. After (hopefully) COVID..it's nice to know it is still out there.Thanks DIBBITS (and no, I don't work there [retired], but I shall return :)

Amazing customer centric business, right from the top down!! I can't say enough good things about Dibbits Landscape Supply in Trenton. They are absolutely fantastic to deal with and truly care about their customers and their projects. Ryan B was extremely knowledgable and helpful in selecting products and when our project went off the rails with our contractor, Ryan, Tania and Andrew all came to the rescue to make it right when they had no obligation to do so. Dibbits motto is Your project is our project" and we learned first hand it's not just a motto. .. but how they do business! Joe

After several months of careful consideration and reference checking, we asked Dibbits to proceed with two significant landscaping projects on our property. The results of both projects were nothing short of amazing! The detailed planning, working with the permitting red tape, constant updates and approvals during progress, all made for a truly professional experience. Awesome people, awesome variety,Ordered multiple large bags of river rocks last year, delivered right to our home, everyone is so friendly.Again this season we were still treated with that same friendly staff even though it was a much much smaller project.Affordable prices, we just love stopping by to look around with that great display near the office.Any time we are looking for landscaping products, we automatically call or stop by Dibbits.Thanks againRichard

I would like to thank the whole team at Dibbits Landscape Supply. As we were experiencing a truck breakdown, we managed to coast into their driveway to assess our damage, which their mechanics actually did for us. Every last employee was extremely kind to us and went WAY above and beyond with generosity and hospitality as they worked tirelessly to fix our truck themselves, and ensure the rest of our day trip (from Dundas) was a safe one. For us, they turned a day to forget, into a day that will always be remembered! This is a very special team.Personal thanks again from Jamie and Mike.
