Beginning to end, Alexanian exceeded my expectations: from the in-store sales service with Islam to the accuracy of measurements and estimates by Tyson. The quality of the product and the workmanship of the subcontractors Ryan and Michael, I am more than delighted. Beautiful job. We recently put California shutters in our 3 bedrooms, not only was Alexanians the best deal we found in London but their customer service was excellent. Installed quickly, good communication to set up times/arrived on time, and they look great. We worked with Krystal and she was excellent.

Chantal H. was very knowledgeable and helped us to select the correct product. Joe the installer made the extra effort to tuck the carpeting at the edges of adjoining floors thus eliminating the transition pieces. Job well done and as promised; we are very happy with the results.

As recent retirees we were exploring the option of DIY floor replacement throughout our home.
