While shopping in Forever 21 on Monday, I spent a lot of time in the fitting room. I met one of the nicest employees ever, Georgia. She asked me frequently if I was okay or needed any assistance and also helped me style my outfits. She was a big help and made my trip very enjoyable.

The manager of this store is so unprofessional and rude, she lied to me when I took pants which were 50 percent off, she said it's buy one get one, she make me paid more money on boxing day deal, which she was doing was doing purposely. I am going back to store to make a complain on this manager, who does not give the discount when it's written and advertised there. Very fake store and I was so frustrated by this behavior of hers.

Worst customer service, the girl on the counter shows attitude for no reason. They don’t greet customers and when i greeted them they ignored me and than i have to ask them to cash me out for my purchase. She explained me everything by walking behind the counter which was not professional at all. She is not capable of doing customer service. She is representing the company in bad manner and she is getting payed for that which makes no sense. If you don’t love your job just don’t do it.

I m a visitor in Canada , my experience at this store is really good,All the staff is cordial in their services , especially the Manager, name,Kendra, she is so understanding n helpful to me, regarding some exchange issue and patiently listened to me and gave me a positive response .
