This is probably one of the best nurseries in the region in terms of flexibility, staff knowledge, and variety. They have many varieties of tons of different plants (way more than big box stores), and if they don’t have exactly what you’re looking for, they can likely order it for you or bring it from their other store. Likewise, if you need a large quantity of a specific plant, they can probably get that for you too. The staff are extremely knowledgeable (particularly Walter), and can answer almost any question about plants or gardening. The only downside is that there’s so many plants and the nursery is so vast that I guess it’s hard to care for them all. If you like to buy plants that look beautiful on the day you buy them, this place isn’t for you and you’re better off at the big box stores or Botanix. Perennials here only start looking good the next year. Prices are competitive for an independent nursery, slightly higher than big box stores if there’s no sale. If you’re buying larger quantities, you can likely negotiate a discount.

They have wonderful flowers and the place is great! Although I didn't like the way a man employee talked to me and the lack of service to get information.

Last year they had unique roses like rose Queen Elizabeth; we were hoping to get rose “Queen Elizabeth” this year, but they don’t have any, instead they have lots “Rose Bonica,” (light pink) Rose Hansa” (dark purple/pink), Rose John Davis (pink/climbing roses), Rose “Hope for Humanity (bright red).” All of their roses are in full blooms, healthy condition as well as reasonable price. We brought home two rose bushes: Rose Hansa” (dark purple/pink) and Rose “Hope for Humanity.” (bright red). Very happy with our purchase.

This is one of the best plant nurseries I’ve ever been to. Great variety, appropriate prices, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Plus: they have a resident kitty that’s super cute and friendly. Definitely a store worth checking out. In January and February they are open only on Wednesdays and Saturdays, but opening hours go back to “normal” in March. They usually start receiving new plants in March and April. I highly recommend!

Customer service lacking, but plants are mostly all well taken care of and beautiful selection. We love to buy our cactuses from here.

Such a huge selection of everything gardening for inside the house or outdoors they have it allWas looking for some hard to find vegetable seeds and they had them !Nice local family business always a pleasure to visit Cramer's

Had a very positive experience at this nursery. Sent a message from their website to ask for certain trees in the morning. Got a very detailed response within 2 hours from Walter. We went later in the late afternoon time to look at the trees. It started raining heavily, but even so, Walter was very happy to answer any questions we had, show us all the trees, and was generally very knowledgeable! We were buying many trees so they also gave us a decent discount. The trees themselves looked as healthy as anywhere else we've seen on and off the Montreal island nurseries. We made our purchase and were able to get a delivery date within the week. Now we wait for the trees to arrive. Overall, great experience, and highly recommended.

No service, people don’t seems happy to be working there(seems bothered when asked for help) I stopped to buy some supplies, the older blonde lady behind the outdoor cash. She was rude and very short with me, I had no idea what products they carried, so I did not have the answers to her questions as I was hoping she had answer to my questions, as I'm the customer and don't have knowledge of their stock. VERY RUDE, except the young man working in the lot, was extremely polite and helpful. I will not return to this store and will not recommend this business.I went to another place where I was welcomed and service was awesome!

It's early July ... most of plants, flowers and trees alike, are in a bad shape. The staff aren't taking care of customers, the variety of plants is Ok at best.
