Buck or Two Plus
Useful shop for picking up athletic water bottles, driveway entrance reflectors, foam pool noodles, disposable dust masks, coloring books, gardening gloves, hand sanitizer, chewing gum, icecream sandwiches and other bric-a-brac that makes life livable. Not strictly a dollar store. Shop is clean and obviously maintained. Cashiers have changed but always been friendly to me.

Expect rude attitude and service if you look under 20...my friend and I walked in to collect some kitchen appliances and promptly got kicked out by the old woman who took our shopping out of our hands, saying if we don't buy anything we aren't welcome (???). For a university town I would expect less ageism from workers, but here we are...

A decently stocked dollar store in a convenient location. I have picked up batteries small household supplies here. Like any dollar store, they don't have everything, but if you need something it's worth checking here. No specific complaints about the service of the staff, but nothing exemplary either.

The lady another counter was very nice however the store itself has little to offer. Very few products worth looking at, poorly lit and it has a funny smell. You are better off going to dollarama.

The selection here is fairly basic. Everyday items, crafts, stationary, hardware, kitchen and bathroom necessities can be found here. Do expect to pay more for kitchen items than you would at competitors. The electronics section appears to have more variety than their competitors.

This has got to be the worst discount store you could ever go to! I would much rather the dollarama or dollar tree! The items here are WAY over priced! Spare yourself the time and go somewhere else!

I have never found anything for a.buck. very clean shop. Great party section. Staff very helpful. They no longer carry loaves of bread.
