I have bought and sold multiple houses with Jason Scott in the last 15 years of living in Grande Prairie. My recent one he sold in a bad market , under 2 months, close to asking , and the fastest deal being cash - offer on Saturday night , possession on Wednesday! He helped me have it painted to get ready for selling. I also live in Red Deer during this entire process and I never had to come to GP once to take care of anything. My home sold in a relatively slow market in less than 40 days. I actually thought I may get a renter and have to carry it over the winter. Jason helped me price the home appropriately so that didn’t happen. The home was sitting empty so showings were easy, but I really did not want to carry it or rent having moved out of Grande Prairie. I was thankful that it was sold close to what I was hoping for. Jason is confident and tells it the way it is. I listened and he got results.
