Jump+ Apple Premium Retailer (Vaughan Mills)

I normally don't review unless I absolutely need to. I had a fantastic experience at the Jump+ in Vaughan Mills. Vic went above and beyond, in helping me with my inquiry, and explaining the ins/outs of exchanging my devices. I will definitely recommend Jump+. She was phenomenal when it came to helping us out. She patiently took her time to take me through all the different options, and even helped me with my iPhone. One thing, that really hit the mark for me, was that she never got irritated with the 100's of questions I posed. I really appreciated that. I didn’t end up purchasing anything but when I am ready to Vic will be the one I go to!Thanks Vic!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME going to Jump+ for any Apple Technical Support. I was experiencing an issue with my newly purchased Apple Remote. When I used the Apple Support app on my phone…it directed me to this fraud excuse for an Apple Support Center located at Vaughan Mills. After wasting 20 mins watching some wannabe Apple Genius Tech guy try to diagnose that the Apple Remote for defective out of box (I literally had to give him suggestions on what to do)…he then told me to take it to an Apple Store. Like I said, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE FOR ANY TECHNICAL SUPPORT…save yourself the headache and just bring it to the APPLE STORE closest to you…you will definitely thank yourself!!!

If I could do zero I definitely would. I called 3 times in the morning and the lady confirmed tgat technician would be there till 7pm and i better come before at like 6:30 that what she told me. Guess what i came at 6:30 left my work an hour earlier and technician wasn't there because apparently she left at 6. Question is why telling 3 times that shes there till7?? The most horrible service ever. Do not waste ur time just go to normal apple store and save ur money and nerves .P.s to owners .. i DID in fact asked if i need an appointment, and was told that no i can just come as a walk in

Don’t waste your time with Jump+ and go to an actual Apple Store. Jump+ is incompetent!Apple phone support rep sent me to your store to fix my IPhone 14 Pro. Your staff wasn’t confident that they can do a good job and told me that i am better of with an actual apple store. That’s because Jump+ had a lot of returning customers after they did the repairs!

The staff was very helpful when trouble shooting the problems with my device that was under warranty and provided a fast solution with a replacement device very quickly. Great customer service and would definitely recommend.

Great experience! Vic was great at promptly establishing a minor issue I faced with my iPhone, very approachable. Will be using their services again and highly recommend Jump+ Vaughan Mills to everyone else!

Vic is absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and answered all of my questions. We had an outstanding experience at Jump Vaughan Mills! I highly recommend them and ask for Vic— truly the best !

Be warned! Although they are an authorized apple dealer, they do not provide the same great experience. They lack customer service skills, and this is from the manager straight to the employee I went in for a genius appointment and asked her 20 minutes of diagnostic testing. They deemed my phone defective and advised that I would be getting a new one. They told me to back up my phone and that they would call me in 3 to 5 business days when the new phone arrived. Today I get a call from Kiran who was so rude and disrespectful that that told me I would be getting my phone fixed instead of replaced. This made no sense to me so she referred me to the manager who was even more rude and more disrespectful I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever shop here do yourself a favour and go to the Apple store. Worst customer service ever manager and staff all need training.
