Pasqua Hospital (Emergency Entrance)

I came in with shortness of breath n the male triage nurse scott had the nerve to say-why are you on your ph.if your short of breath?" Made me feel so uncomfortable soons I sat down with him. And then he left and sent a different lady nurse to help me. I hope he like unemployment."

Had a worst experience here. I came here with brother for his fractured. Got him registered at 10 in the morning and had to ask for painkillers when no one approached us till 4 in the evening. The treatment is based on the level of severity as per the nurse but there was no such as that. Extremely poor service

The ginger security guard is insanely rude and is on a power trip. I’ve seen children act better than him.

Highly unprofessional and incompetent staff and doctors. I took my wife to emergency yesterday. She had developed a problem in her knee. Pasqua hospital emergency did an X-Ray and an Ultra-sound, made us wait from 10 AM to 6 PM. At the end there was no diagnosis, no medications, no nothing. My wife is still crying from pain, she is a working woman and she cannot even stand anymore. Sher cannot sit and she cannot lie down. The hospital discharged her saying that they cannot do anything. The family doctor should handle the situation and an MRI is recommended which has a year wait. They are not allowed to do an emergency MRI.First of all, this is not the job of a family doctor to handle emergencies and secondly, why can't they do an MRI in emergency and do a diagnosis. A very unprofessional and incompetent attitude.

You have to stay longer there, but usually they take in on priority basis. Nurses are nice polite. RN Ash was awesome. Room watch was very weird.

Rude and racist. If your native be very careful there. They lied and said I was on morphine when I wasn't. They rather look after white people. General is better and less racist. Maybe I should prove it! BUNCH OF LIERS!!!!!!

I've been sitting here since 7:00pm Sunday with my Great Aunt. We have been waiting for an echo since then. I feel that when they say someone is having mild heart attacks that should be getting the echo done in due time not wait several days. She is 86 years old and has dementia. This isn't fair to her I had her sent from her care home cause I was worried for her life and I feel they are not listening to my concerns for her. NOT IMPRESSED and I used to have nothing but nice things to say about the Pasqua Hospital

I had to walk out after waiting for like 4.5 hours. Before that,they put me in a bed, across from a patient, who was clearly incoherent. I had to leave. I was upset and frustrated. I'm in a lot of pain and discomfort. I feel like nobody cares, anymore. Walk in clinics, don't exist anymore. You have to make an appt for the walk in clinics, now. Don't bother making said appts because they're booked full or non existence.

So thankful to the residents and nurses who dug deep and found out what was wrong during my man's visit. Unlike the general who I feel didn't go far enough and sent him.out with a 10 plus on.pain scale. Pasqua ppl did everything to help him out . My biggest beef that needs addressing is the wait time are ridiculous. Maybe hospitals should start using med students to help them, in smaller time consuming ways and that way it would cull out those who aren't sure. Plus give rns more time for important things .
