Place looks nice but NO ONE ENJOYS BEING SPRAYED BY LAWN SPRINKLERS WHEN TRYING TO GO SIGN FOR A HOUSE! It's really simple to angle sprinklers away from sidewalks or to use them at night. You LITERALLY have to walk in the road to get away from them! Not good for business.

I would try someone else. Very difficult to work with, in an already difficult area. These guys knew about closing with Detroit and finishing the paperwork with the Assessors office. After many times getting dismissed by Jana and Mary, Coleen finally gave me a hint, but she didn't realize that the buyer had already filled out the form.We know that the title company has done this stuff hundreds of times before, but when they try to wiggle out of helping with some paperwork, it leaves a bad feeling with me the customer. And hence they get 2 stars. The amount of time they spent trying to get out of helping with the Assessors office, we could have had it completed. Not the best service!
