Zero direction from staff. Spent 5 dollars to scan and email documents with zero success, will not be back, I'll figure any other way to achieve this without ever walking into this store again.

Another waste of time. They are happy to take my money and then sell the wrong product to me. I have no faith that what they tell me about a product will actually be the truth.

Clean store with friendly staff. Had what I was looking for. The staff was knowledgable and assisted me quickly. Lots of good sales they seemed to be having. The store was inside Parkland Mall and therr was lots of parking outside.

Prices are comparable. Trying to find staff to assist can be a challenge. But very helpful when we did stumble upon on someone.

By far the worst Staples location out there. I go in to print some statements and basically get told to go do it myself. If I was willing and able to do it myself I wouldn't be offering to pay them for the services they advertise but now won't do. I ask the manager for some help and he refuses. This place is an absolute joke. I gave one star because half wasn't an option. Also was interested in seeing a laptop they were advertising for $249 but nothing there is close to it

Came here for the FedEx counter. Sent computer equipment back to former employer but they had not provided enough packing materials. The help to pack everything safely was exceptional.

Both my husband and I were so surprised by the level of customer service here. It was AMAZING! I believe it was Dani and Adam that the manager had said were the two individuals. Absolutely made our day!! Thank you to these two individuals!!!

Just stood there for 20 minutes at a counter, waiting for service, watching a clerk flip his hair 4 times and shot elastic bands across the front of the store and the female clerk just staring down at her phone. Get it together staples, I don't ever write reviews no matter how bad the service is, cause everyone has there off days but that was so ridiculous.

The Canadian website is a user unfriendly, horrible nightmare that reminds me of a 1998 webpage.Tried to do online printing. Gave up after being asked to sign in for the 3rd time.Tried calling the store. No answer after being forced to listen to a never ending option list.
