Local company with great pricing and friendly service!

I was having problems with filter called this guys to come and look at it, when they arrived topical filter started to work fine and I was told if I had any problems to call them back, and of course I got charged $158.00 of service call. Two days aftey pump started to malfunction again so I called like I was instructed to. They promised to be here later that day which it was on a Monday and now we are Saturday and they never called or come over, so if you have money to give please call them.

Every time I go to their store I get friendly, competent service for my pool problems. You'll never get this (or any) level of competent help from any big box dump full of Chinese junk!!

Brutal company. Ordered an 18' pool in July of 2022 and wanted it installed this year. Got told No problem! You'll be the first installation of the 2023 season." Ended up having to chase the guy down to try and get a date for installation and kept getting "Next week! Oh

I visited this store for pool connections (e.g. hoses, clamps).Pricing seemed very fair though I haven't compared it to other similar stores in town. 5 stars because the customer service was amazing and very very helpful. I highly recommend them just for the pleasant service.

Great service, and knowledgeable! I went to Campbells and one kid had no idea what anything was and the other guy tried to sell me over 100$ of products. Sunburst suggested 20$ of chemicals and it worked! Thanks again.

Could not have had a worse experience, owner is a salesman and nothing more. Went for a custom liner and was told no problem, 3 weeks and $$, turned out to be literally years of hassle and $$$$. I have two+ years of calls and texts, unanswered, broken promises and excuses, and when I finally got the liner (for more than twice the initial price I was told, and after supplying detailed sketch, pictures and measurements) it was the wrong size. I had already paid, so No accountability for HIS mistake, or help to solve it. Ended up having to spend more money to fabricate custom parts to make it fit, delayed the project another year, and I still am missing parts.Avoid!

Not happy at all. Very poor customer service. We leave message after message and no response. Expect them to come and don’t show up and not even a phone call. This is not the first time either. Trying to help out a local (new) business and this is what we get! No thanks!

Beware of this contractor. We had them install a pool in 2016. The pool fell apart at the stairs two days in. They repaired the stairs at the end of August so no use that year. Now in 2023 the stairs (still under warranty) have come apart again. Stopped in to see Brett who promised to fix us up. He has not returned a phone call of text in weeks. What did I do to these guys? I have pictures, dates and proof of all actions. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.Still no call back from these guys, been since April.
