Joe and Krown took care of oil spraying my 2023 Chevy Trail Blazer and great customer service and well worth the $$$. Highly recommend Krown for rust protection.

I was looked after exactly on time. Asked before they drilled holes. Sprayed it liberally. Taking my daughter's new car there when she gets it. Very impressed!

Managed to get my brand new car in somewhat quickly because of a cancelation. Site is under newish ownership and feel quality that was slipping has returned.

Avoid at all costs.Thoroughly embarrassing. A complete waste of time and money, as the job will have to be redone by another, more capable company. I wish I could leave 0 stars, but Google only allows for near-impossibly bad reviews, instead of accurate ones.I came in for an undercoat and instead EVERY possible surface of my car was doused in lube. The mirrors, windows, sunroof. Each body panel and even the INTERIOR media display console. The inner rim of my trunk is now completely soaked with lube. Every plastic guard and carpeted section around the hatch is drenched in grease. My trunk is dripping internally. My steering wheel, shifter, and inside my rear window (hatchback) got a coat too. They weather-proofed my interior.No better learning experience than this - now I'll go teach myself how to apply an undercoat, because I can't imagine a reason to return. I expect to spend more money buying cleaning products for the mess they made than I spent on the service. Already two trips to the carwash and my exterior is still slick.

First impression was extremely good. They have really professional crew for the job and they do the job really professional manner too. The front line service staff too extremely helpful. They also have a waiting area and free coffee is available for customers. The place is little bit busy and they accept appointments. These days they have a $15 off promotion for Rust Protection. Highly recommend this place.

Very friendly and professional. Job was fast and clean. Krown is the only oil spray that actually works and these guys do it right.

This is my second year going to this Krown location. All the staff are friendly and you get a clean car back.The only suggestion I would make to first time customers is to lay cardboard down where you park. Krown makes sure your car is as protected as they can. The side effect is your vehicle drips for a couple days.Thank you to all the Krown Guelph employee's.
