Walking On A Cloud

I bought a pair of shoes yesterday and both Lisa and Nick were quick and efficient even there were quite alot of customers unfortunately I have to return the pair of shoes I tried it at home and they are hurting my toes.

I had three recent encounters there. The first two were excellent (a very helpful sales associate, and a manager who replaced a defective product rather than making me wait for a repair). The last experience, however was such a poor example of customer service that I will not return to this store. The sales associate I dealt with needed to be right, and was very argumentative about the issue with the shoe. Even after a solution was reached, he started arguing about it again. I was trying on another pair of shoes and told him I didn't want to argue about it, but he wouldn't stop. At that point, I was not willing to be treated in that manner any longer. I turned down the store credit that had been offered and left the store.

I had the best experience here and Nick was the employee who provided exceptional customer service. I can’t say enough about the quality of shoes they have. I needed a good pair of shoes to provide arch support and they needed to stand up to 11 hr shifts on concrete floors. Nick helped me choose the perfect pair and I would definitely go back. Thank you for helping me Nick!

I'm unsure how i didn't know about this chain of stores. I have a wide foot and a half sized shoe so it's been difficult finding appropriate footwear. This location stocks my size in several shoe styles and winter boots. Employee was extremely quick and efficient answering my questions and getting me good to go without waiting around. I will only come to this chain going forward for me and my families footwear needs

Never acknowledged by staff. There were two staff and 3 customers. I was completely ignored despite having walked in ahead of other people. I don't fit the type that usually shops there so maybe that's why.

I have been there twice both times great service reasonable prices nice staff.

Went into the store as it was recommended from a specialist for my mom who requires a brace on her ankle. We were in the store for maybe 3 minutes. The sales associate was rather rude. He asked what we were looking for, checked the back for stock and didn't have any. He said he would check the other store and when we told him we had already been to that store recently and they told us to come to this location he was rude. Stated we should not have been sent here if they didn't have stock and they should have checked because it is a waste of time. We didn't mind, but he was irritated by the situation and was not very polite. We noticed there was an equivalent to the shoe in a men's that was not offered but at this point did not want to be in this situation any longer so we left. I understand these situations happen and that is okay but there is no need to get irritated about it, simply saying I'm sorry and providing other options is how to handle it.I would rather order online than go back to this store.

Looking for sandals. Staff did not acknowledge us until 6mins in to the store. Once acknowleged service was very good. The chairs for trying footware on are in terrible condition. Ripped, worn out and not comfortable. Come on owner, get rid of those.

I loved this store. I finally went in, with the intention of buying winter boots. Customer service was exemplary, and I feel content with the price and quality of the footwear I selected. I will definitely return.

We walked into the store and had noticed that the male Manager was working harder when one of the other staff member and he welcomed us from when we walked in and was very friendly as he cold be, the staff members name what was sitting down on the chair and was complaining about back issues we'll he kept asking her to get up in a very nice way. The person of what I could see that was complaining about back issues name started with a G and she was trying to be the boss of the store.
