I cannot say enough positive comments about these guys! here is why.First let me tell you how I arrived here. My galaxy 6 edge for some unknown reason would not let me unlock the phone( I have heard stories of phones doing this! scary!!!). Now I don't know about you but my whole life was on that phone from pictures I cared about to my schedule with important billing information, to texts that were needed for verification of certain conversations. And Yes I know I should have had a cloud backup and remote unlock on..my bad! Anyway after trying to find a local place I was referred to some guys in NY who said maybe they could unlock it but if the tried more that the 5 chances left the phone WAS GOING TO AUTO WIPE ITSELF!!!! It had gotten to that point after numerous tries by myself to unlock it. I almost went with those guys (glad I didn't!) when with one last search I found DATA RESCUE LABS. Talking with them they said they work with law enforcement and have access to programs to unlock the phone that most places don't. I felt comfortable with what they were saying and so I sent it off to Canada with nervousness hope ..will it make it there or get lost in the post office's system? Will it be ok crossing borders? Well in the end they unlocked it and sent it back and all my data was saved!!!!!! I was sweating bullets!!!! I have learned my lesson to back things up and if I run into some sort of similar problem I would have no problems sending it to these guys. Thanks again! Joe from Chicago

Data Rescue Labs not only saved my data but also fixed my iMac which I was told was unsalvageable from a computer repair shop I had brought it to previously. The cost was also far less than I was expecting to pay for such a service and was done in a timely manner.I give 5 stars for a pleasant, professional and reliable service. Highly recommended.

Very knowledgeable. My tablet wouldn't turn on and I had some important data (crypto wallet seeds)on the SSD. I didn't think I was going to be able to recover the data as the harddrive is soldered right to the motherboard. I brought it to Krysztof and he went above and beyond to get my data back. Highly recommended and trustworthy.

Couldn't fix my hard drive. First stated would cost $1500 to rebuild using a donor. After more detailed assessment I was told nothing could be done as hard drive was unresponsive. They were nice guys but my review is based their initial assessment followed by their reassessment.

Fast, informative and a good price. Intracate removal of a data chip. Very happy with the service.

Great service. I had a great experience with them to restore all my data from my iPhone. While many other shops said it is impossible to restore data from an iPhone that is stuck in recovery mode or asked for unreasonable price, these guys did it in few hours. Pricing was fair and they were clear about their price from the beginning. They helped me in every possible way they could. They gave me my data, but when I asked them for the whole backup for my phone, they did it with no extra charge which was so kind of them.I will go back to them definitely in case I need any data recovery in future. Strongly recommend them.
