This used to be a great pharmacy... I'm not sure if there was a change in management but the pharmacy staff are no longer helpful.It takes hours to get a prescription filled.Some meds, that should be easily and readily available, takes days to order but no one tells you anything.Communicating information and positive happy attitude goes a long way. At least a smile.....

Clearly, I was visible to the pharmacists cause they did not see me. Waited 5 mins of life maybe more being ignore from each pharmacists. I was there to pick up my grandfather medications. Explaine to me how can you not see a person standing and waiting in front of a counter and not approach and asked one single question like “are you waiting for something?” or how can I help you?!” There was not a single customer waiting with me. One pharmacist from the back was prepping some medications looking at me several times while the other pharmacists walk around, facing the computer screen and one pharmacist serve not one but two clientele’s and I got ignored! When I finally approached and knock at the counter and said can I get a service?! they paid attention! Like what the hell?!!! Employées should not only serve customers who approach but should also approach their clients and ask questions! It’s call customer service!One pharmacist behind the counter said “I should have waited in front of the counter under the sign caisse and commend de téléphonique” Clearly this pharmacist saw me and his fellow pharmacists as well. Horrible customer service.

It's a bit smaller than others, but good for a quick stop.

Great location for a pharmacy and post office, right at the intersection of two of the busiest boulevards of Pierrefonds. The store is usually calm, the waits are not long at all and there are plenty of nice employees that can help you with what ever you need.

Lousy service, I went in on sat april 2 about 5 pm, at 4930 Boul St Jean,had some questions about Opus card, the male and female behind the counter made ZEro to help, I always thought getting into the job at hand made the work more bearable, I just left can only stand so much nonsense ,Wow !

What a nice way to start the week. Please check the cameras of the lady receiving the mail, 8.26 am. In general she is in a bad mood, but today she has gone from being aggressive.

the staff is not helpfuli'ts just another branchgo there if you just want to get your medicineotherwise dont' expect anything else !!the post office is a bonus thoughi don't see the point in contacting them via mail , all they will do is just solve that one time i went there , but if they want a better comments / reviews you will need to treat customers / all customers better and i will be happy to edit my review !!

Great pharmacy in general(Pierrefonds/St.Jean).Big shout out to Connie best pharmacy tech, so amazing and very helpful.

I tried to buy a gift for my family member online. I paid with my VALID credit card and they cancelled it and said it was for various reasons"??? Excuse me? What various reasons? Fraud? You think this is fraud?? I can't buy a gift for my family??Worst place ever! Do not buy from here!I'm beyond angry!"
