I am happy with the attention of my family doctor Gloria Veliz I have 9 years with her and I recommend her 100% and the best receptionist Lucy she is always willing to help whenever I need them I ask for her because I know she will help me what I need. Happy with the attention from both of them. Gloria Veliz and Lucy are the best.

Everyone very nice, nurses and Lucy was very helpful. However, Sorena was not pleasant at all … she is very rude and passive aggressive when answering to questions…

The wait times at this clinic are absolutely ridiculous. The staff at the front desk do not know how to communicate information. I had called in the morning to ask what it looked like, I was told to come in. I showed up at 2:15PM and I was informed that there was no walk in doctor available and that I was to return at 3:00. I confirmed with the admin, that if I was to return at 3:00 I’d see a doctor, she said “yes.” When I returned at 3:00PM on the dot, the receptionist told me the wait time would be 2 hours. I told her I was told to come back at 3:00 when the doctor arrived, she then went to say “well these people showed up at 2:30 as our registrations open at 2:30.” Immediately the other administrator interjects saying our registrations open at 2:45; the same administrator who told me to come at 3:00; this information would have been useful. The lack of communication between staff and patients and within the staff itself and the attitude of the staff is appalling; she miscommunicated, and then went on to be rude. I expect better from a clinic I have been visiting since I was a child; I would not trust a clinic that isn’t compassionate or considerate towards their patients.

Dr. Chandra is a great Dr! Always friendly, helpful, informative and makes you feel comfortable when visiting with her. I have been with her at all her locations since moving to Milton 8 years ago. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Fortunata in reception today. She was phenomenal! Super friendly, patient and helpful. She made sure I was all set up on the Modeo platform, which will ensure no long wait or hold times on the phone because I can do everything self-serve online.

Dr Chandra is the best ! thanks for your great care, and understanding of my family's health needs. Pleasant personality, supportive, my kids love drs visits now.

I am a new patient of the family physicians. I receive excellent, prompt and respectful service from all who tend reception. Very surprised at some of the bad reviews and probably from people who don't have appointments and feel entitled!

We've usually had a great experience (have had one issue in he past but negligible). The receptionists are kind and helpful, the nurse is quick and is surprisingly in good spirits, and the doctors have usually been great too. It's a walk in clinic, and there will be a wait. I think the poor reviews are related to sick patients being disgruntled and frustrated but I try to manage my expectations when going to a walk-in clinic and think this is one of the best in Milton.

We had a pretty good experience in our visit last week. Luckily our family doctor declined our request to check our older kid who was quite sick for a walk in and we found Holly Medical near by. Now we are changing our family doctor to someone at Holly to make sure we get registered with a doctor who can at least check you up when you are in dire need of one!
