Ordered a leather bed, being assured that the fabric chosen was the same one in the online picture that I had wanted (was very specific that I only wanted to order, if I could get the exact same bed in the picture).When I got the bed, it was evident that it wasn’t the same fabric as in the picture - I contacted Palliser afterward inquiring what fabric was used in the pic online, and it was confirmed that it was different than the one that I was told to order.Even tho I was misinformed, unfortunately nothing can be done about it because its a custom order.So disappointed - got a costly bed that I no longer want bc it doesn’t fit my bedroom aesthetic.

We went to checks the beds and the executive came and simply asked for price range instead of greetings or asking about our need wich was so awkward and disrespectful.she seems rude and racist.Date-17 mayTime-6:30pm

Great service and experience. Bought all new kitchen appliances for our kitchen renovation. They were very accommodating with delivery dates to fit our needs. Very knowledgeable about the products and were easily able to answer our questions. Highly recommend!

Ren was very helpful & patient with me, to say the least, I'm a very indecisive person. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because no refund allowed once purchased & negotiating not really an option. Pricey furniture store but excellent quality. Love my sectional!

After shopping around at a number of furniture stores, I am very pleased that I purchased my new sectional from Furniture Villa as it is superior quality to what other pieces I saw elsewhere. Victor the owner also has many different brands and knows everything about the features of each. I left there knowing that I purchased a piece of furniture that I would be happy with and received it on time and with fantastic delivery service as well. What a smooth process the whole way. I’m thrilled and have the nicest sectional, exactly custom made to my liking, right down to the throw cushions. They sold me an incredibly comfortably mattress for over $500 less than all the competitors! I told them what I was looking for and what I had seen while shopping around. They showed me this top of the line Simmons mattress that I loved. I tried it out last night and it was so incredibly comfortable!
