Purchased some rims for my wife’s truck, had a bit of back and forth with them about fit and tpms which I ended up purchasing, no issues at all, it’s run out of a loading doc, no store front per se, good service, friendly, timely, seems a bit sketch just cause we’re used to something different but it works for them and me cause I got a good deal on some nice rims brought in my tires which they balanced and put on the rims for 80 bucks. Only thing is they don’t mount them on your car you’ll need to go to jiffy lube or some place else but for sure would purchase again, if necessary.

I have purchased from GreenLeaf Tire twice now and both have been great experiences. Lowest price I could find and quick transaction on pick-up. I paid a deposit using etransfer and paid the rest on pick-up. They even rescheduled for me two hours before my pick-up due to bad weather conditions.One thing to note is that they are a small operation and can be hard to get a hold of over the phone sometimes. However emails about quote requests and orders always get responded to fairly quickly.Overall very happy with my purchase and will return when I need tires again. Recommending to all my friends!

Purchased tires from J W Williams and free rotation and balance every 5,000 miles. Today Green Leaf wanted to charge me $80. No way JW Williams was free every 5,000 miles. What goes on here

I just purchase a set of winter tires and picked up in Mississauga location today and I am very happy for my purchase. Affordable price, it is cheaper than in store prices, team is very responsive for my inquiry, it only took 2 days exchanging email message and now I got the items I need. I'll be back for my next set of all season tires when it's time for replacement. Highly recommended stores for all kinds of tires and rims.

After reading some of the reviews on here I had my doubts, but I'm glad I gave these guys a chance. They managed to find a set of wheels for me in the exact specs and colour that I wanted, that were not available anywhere else in the province (including the distributor and official dealers) at a very competitive price. I don't know how they did it, but they delivered a quality product, ahead of schedule, all during a pandemic. They were super busy and working hard to get everyone set up in time for winter. Considering the circumstances, communication and service was great. Everything was organized and ready when I arrived to pick up my wheels, with wheel bolts, hub adapters, and centre caps all included. I'm definitely ordering wheels and tires from them again and I'd happily recommend them!

Edit* GreenLeaf customer service contacted me to make things right after my initial review.My first experience with GreenLeaf years ago was positive, this time around not so much. Placed my order online with the price that was listed online and was contacted days later about a price increase from the manufacturer.I declined to place a deposit unless they honoured the price listed online. They told me their IT team cannot change the listing everytime there is a price change (so why bother having a price?)They also stated a disclaimer is on the website about price changes however I can't seem to find it.I understand prices go up, but honour what you advertise.

My first purchase 3 years ago, I was pretty skeptical as I've never heard of greenleaf tire with barely any reviews. 3 years later, 8 sets of winter tires/ rim combos in its time for a review. Getting a hold of Customer service can be tricky sometimes, but the team does get back to you in a day. Solid pricing for tires, although rims are tad on the high side, the overall savings is worth it to buy all from one place. Free mount/balance if you buy packages from them which makes it super convenient, as you just bolt them to the vehicle. Definitely will be supporting them again for future purchases.

Excellent service, Excellent product. Ordered a set of Yokohama Winter tires from them for my civic and had my brother pick them up. He said the lady there was really nice and answered his questions politely. Once I got home at looked at the tires myself I was surprised to how clean and fresh" they were. I would not deal with this company!They will sell you a product or package, but they will not back up the product or their services.First they tried to sell me summer tires asall-season radial tires.Then they sold me TPMS sensors that did not work in my car, even though I provided them with all the car info.They would not fix the problem at their cost even though it is their problem.It will cost me more to correct this TPMS problem by removing, sending back and reinstalling new sensors, than it cost me for the package I bought.It is much better to buy from a reputable company and pay a few bucks extra, than deal with a dishonest company like this!Do you really want to do business with a company who is only out for your money and not your welfare?I would take my money to a company who is reputable and trustworthy, EVEN IF IT COSTS MORE!Installation still not working and company REFUSES to call me back to find a solution!This is just my opinion now that I have dealt with them, I would not recommend them!Did you notice the company does not respond to my review like they have with others?Thats because they can’t dispute my claims!They are a dishonest company that won’t get another dime from me.That will cost them more than fixing the problem!
